Their are at least 40 million emergency workers in the usa, (which is what the FRAC project is all about) so it should be big bucks for igp over the coming years.

Id expect igp to be involved in alot more than 10 states, infact i expect igp to be involved in most secure project in the usa.

Great news we have a-foot in australia now, it could be a start of many more projects in that part of the world.

Yes Jailbird FRAC potentially much bigger than TWIC but with every TWIC card costing $132.50 a FRAC card I think costs much less than this....so the potential 6mm cards for TWIC may be worth more than the cards for FRAC, to IGP anyway.....FRAC will be done state by state so if IGP can get say 10 states were talking big bucks........

More buys than sells but flat. Strange. You would think with the RNS's past 2 days we would be seeing more action.

A MyID system has been installed to power a First Responder (FRAC) service in a
large US state.

Hasn't Frac have the potential to be larger than TWIC?

i expect this to 1st of many states.

wj, I keep on about trading updates and asked recently about why the directors didnt buy stock.....seems I got two in one week....not bad going....

Nice to Mr. Parris cares.....if he keeps his shareholders happy he will also be rewarded in the end....

Howdy the RSA news was for a HSPD12 contract with IGP back in Oct/Nov 06. With the new RSA news this bodes well for a renewal of IGP's licence with RSA in the next few months......

Hopefully IGP can do a better deal.....Mr Parris its over to you...

RNS out today re Richard Parris buying 20k in shares.

You have to admit they seem to be doing all the right things, providing a quarterly update and Director buying.

Should see some more blue today.

RSA, The Security Division of EMC, Expands Identity Assurance Portfolio with Flexible Card-Shaped Authenticator to Provide Convenient Online Security
The RSA SecurID® Display Card is designed to enable secure access for financial services firms' customers while striking the right balance between risk, cost and convenience
São Paulo, Brasil- RSA, The Security Division of EMC (NYSE: EMC), today announced the worldwide availability of the RSA SecurID® 1100 Display Card, an event-based, one-time password (OTP) authenticator in a flexible card form-factor designed to help financial institutions and their customers secure online accounts and transactions with two-factor authentication.

A new addition to RSA's growing portfolio of Identity Assurance solutions that balance risk, cost-of-ownership and convenience, the RSA SecurID Display Card is easily carried in a wallet or purse, helping to solve the problem faced by financial institutions of how to ensure that their customers are protected by strong authentication in an easy-to-use manner. With the push of a button, a new one-time password is generated on the card's display providing organizations with two-factor authentication capabilities designed to protect consumers' online financial transactions - including account access, bill pay, and money transfers.

"The card-shaped form factor of the OTP can improve security and usability for consumers," noted Mark Diodati, identity and privacy analyst with Burton Group. "The form factor is harmonized with the way that consumers interact with financial institution web sites. The technology also works well when consumers carry multiple OTPs in their wallets for access to multiple financial institutions."

Protecting Consumers and Building Business
The RSA SecurID Display Card is powered by RSA® Authentication Manager 7.1 software and the RSA SecurID Authentication Engine. In addition, when the RSA SecurID Display Card is used in conjunction with a deployment of RSA® Transaction Monitoring, an online fraud detection and management solution, financial services organizations can provide their customers with the benefit of an additional layer of transaction protection to reduce online threats.

The RSA SecurID Display Card also helps to provide financial institutions with a competitive market advantage, increasing customer loyalty and online account usage while providing an appealing security feature to attract new customers. The RSA SecurID Display Card can be customized with the issuing financial institution's logo to reinforce the value of its brand, and can also be personalized with individual consumer information.

Global Appeal
The convenience and attractiveness of the RSA SecurID Display Card will help bolster consumer acceptance and adoption of two-factor authentication worldwide while increasing the security of online accounts, especially in countries where there is limited online fraud protection. In addition, the RSA SecurID Display Card helps to meet established and developing information security regulations and guidelines related to Internet banking that vary by region

I found this searching on Google but the article was undated. Any ideas if its old news re-cycled or new?

Yes, the reported trades are delayed it seems for anything over 10000 so we have no idea what exact proportion of trade are buys, but clearly buys are outnumbering sells or we wouldn't be up 16%.
