Well lord that’s fine we all have our opinions but as someone who was in on the ride from 70 to 300 here a few years ago albeit I missed on the push up to 400 the writing has been on the wall since then hence the current sp, the only reason it is still here is multiple fundraising through issuing more shares, even now they can’t make money, anyone can sell lots of stuff on Amazon if you sell it at cost, what you want is a fast growing profitable business, they have basically just cut out the middle men by selling direct but those ‘small guys’ would have been working all day and night for very little money as that is how Amazon works, very soon these will have a wake up call that it’s not all rosy in the Amazon garden, too many complaints and Amazon will cut them off in the blink of an eye and then there is no business here, they should have got the wholesaling right then sold out to a larger cosmetics company, now they will eventually go to the wall or constantly need money to survive imho dyor

csmwssk12hu - I totally disagree. Selling on Amazon is a good move for IDP. It doesn't matter whether anyone can do it. Only IDP can supply the stock, so they're the ones who'll benefit from it. This will be a valuable additional marketing channel and certainly doesn't mean they "have no idea how to market" or have given up. I'm afraid you're just plain wrong about the share options, too. There are clear targets attached. In 3+ years' time, unless the share price is at least 25% higher than now and remains so for at least a month, the Directors won't benefit at all. And to get anything meaningful from these options, the share price has to be at least 50% or 75% higher than now.

Moderated on other board because I speak the truth these are next to worthless, basically anyone can sell stuff on Amazon they have no idea how to market the product and no money to do it so have give up and are selling on Amazon because it’s easy meanwhile giving directors shares to cash in with no targets, there will be some mugs buying these imho dyor

beetroot juice - there's a difference between being upbeat & plain unrealistic. You've forecast IDP's share price being multiple pounds several times before. And look where that's got us. I agree, the future's looking much more promising under new management. But I think you'll find this won't make IDP a multibagger for many years yet. A slow & steady share price rise is on the cards however. I was moderated for one comment I made about Nuthing's generally poor customer reviews. It seems that can be the price you pay for saying something even slightly negative on this board. Personally, I think balanced views are more valuable than subjective censoring. After all, we live in the UK, not the People's Republic of China.

Amazon and Neon Management promos will only increase sales even more. New management team know how to manage properly.Should be a great 12 months ahead for the company and investors.

£170 mill Mkt cap is a way away, but if these characters running the show now, are worth their Salt. Then highly likely, ive been in these now for 5 years I can wait.

Expecting us to rise now, gradually, as momentum picks up it won't take much to get back to triple digits. Still then just £30 mill Mkt cap.

Skinny tan needed the packaging refreshing, it was grim before. The stale bunch of old Directors, had no idea about brand development, advertising etc.

With Choudray only out for himself, between him and the Lame Old BOD, these were destined to fail.

Looks like the Fresh young dynamic new blood, now on the board, is working wonders for Us.

Looking forwards to these showing a profit in my portfolio, its been a drag and my average is 105p. But won't sell till these are in profit.

Get to Warpaints MKT Cap and that's 600p a share.

A very encouraging RNS this morning. The tie up with Amazon can only be good news and should lead to significant incremental sales. Product feedback there will be interesting to follow, since Amazon customers are, as a rule, pretty uncompromising. I'm also pleased they still see potential in Prolong. The JV seems a sensible way to exploit this and I like the sound of an eventual spin off, with Prolong's value being returned to shareholders. Finally, the options grant suggests Directors are confident today's share price can be significantly increased over the next few years. They'll only start gaining from the options if today's share price is at least 25% higher for at least a month in 3+ years' time. And they'll need a 75%+ increase over today's share price for at least a month in 3+ years' time to benefit fully. That's what share options should be - payment by results.

Let the update sink in, share price here should react nicely over the coming weeks.

Hitting more buyers RADARS now, as we are number 2 on the daily leader board.

These now are very cheap.

Gotta be a Very Strong Buy after todays update.

Looks like they are on track for profitability next year, in accordance with the Trading Update on 8/7/2021 which said:

"the new executive management team now have a solid foundation from which to return the Company to profitability and fully expect to achieve that in the year ending 30 June 2022."

Only a missed opportunity if you need to withdraw funds short term. Otherwise the jury's out until we see whether new management can add more value than Creightons' offer would have.

Yes that was a missed opportunity CRL is on a tear now also a well run company something that has been sadly lacking here in the past.But with new management onwards and upwards we always live in hope.
