I've added details of recent key Form 8.1 disclosures of shareholdings >1% to the heading.

Includes John Story holding 506,965 shares. He also has a 13.62% stake in Zoetic International, which has a number of CBD (hemp based) products applied to the skin.

Should be an easy turnaround in the share price with lockdown ended in May, high street sales picking up again and the back up of strong online sales platforms for direct to consumer revs.

Mark Ward, now holding 13.85%, will want a good return for his investment and time. Share price growth followed by a takeover, is the obvious way to go.

Creighton's might offer more at some point in future but look at the job history of the new CEO I detailed in the top of the heading, and the logical thing would be for him to continue to build the business (at least until profitability, say mid 2022) then use his excellent connections to negotiate a takeover by one of his past employers in the sector, someone else, or even an investment company. But yes, takeover at some point is the obvious exit strategy.

Creightons offer end of Jan which was rejected now valued at 66.5p nearly double the current share price !!! Will they come back to the table ??

I'd give the new management a bit more time to show what they're made of if I were you. Mark Ward, in particular, has a pretty outstanding track record. How's yours?

just checking in on this pile of overvalued fluff. 180p to 33p in a little over 3 years, excellent performance huh. And looks like the new management are struggling with turning a profit too. More pain to come IMO with the high rate of cash burn

I guess Mark Ward reckons he already has enough skin in the game for the time being! Regardless, I view his shareholding as a reassuring conviction. Providing he doesn't try taking IDP private via a cheeky low ball offer.
