02/6/2017 11:57 | From jam4u on lseAs much as I like the bullishness and confidence levels here, I'd like to inject some realism. I am a LTH and am very hopeful here and expecting to be holding this well into next year. But we need to see what revs are for the year and more importantly for me is IDP's ability to transfer some of the GP to NP. These are aspirational, but realistic L/T goals (like 18 months down the line). For me they will ONLY be achieved based on IDP hitting milestones. That's the BIG caveat for me, it has to be delivered by progress and growth. ANd as each bit of progress comes the share price should ratchet up. It defo should not be based on hype, which what predicting 10 bags from now will only achieve. As an example, for me, right now, the share price is fair value for what we know. The trading update and next news flows will keep moving the share price up. Ultimately, this for me is a 'proper' investment. The real investment is in the Leadership of the team and their ability to deliver the goods (pun fully intended). It has been setup to deliver right from the outset. They have a very clear focus and understanding of their strategy, and so far have executed it in an exemplary fashion. The potential that is here is big, but lets see it play out in a steady, controlled 'milestone' driven way and not hype. Good luck everyone, i think this time next year (if you're still here, will fare very well for us). | dmk1198
02/6/2017 11:55 | You repeating your self again and again che7win, not working. Come back with something new. | andyr42
02/6/2017 11:54 | Mmmm 200000 customers maybe. | monkeywench1
02/6/2017 11:35 | Take a look at PHTM, if you want a steady growth play and a 3.4% divi, broker upgrades, decent results and likely to break resustance soon. Dyor as usual, I've been in since around 147p | ny boy
02/6/2017 11:33 | ihatemms I tend to agree, the continued progress here is material IMO....19th should if history shows, provide some more momentum as they seem to be edging out the newsflow very well IMO....and so far continuing to deliver....DYOR | qs99
02/6/2017 11:31 | I said before - this co produces news flow by the bucket load - expect some significant announcement on the 19th. | ihatemms
02/6/2017 11:29 | profit of 0.7m on sales of £7m .Sales likely £9m plus - profit £1.2m plus imo dyor. Next year - starting 1 July 17 - could be from £20m to £25m sales IMO dyor. | ihatemms
02/6/2017 11:29 | When is a business approached by a big retailer to supply the products? Rarely. They have a good business model and great growth story. Could be £5 by 19th June as I feel sure more surprises will be announced then ... I am hoping an FDA approval. A few nasty characters about che7, NY and remarko who have missed the boat but what are they doing here other than to poo poo the company. They don't know jack about business. | andyr42
02/6/2017 11:24 | It's the retailer's now asking IDP to supply them. All IDP have to do is manufacture more to meet demand. Staff numbers and costs remain low. Margins are large. Its debt free and cash generative. | goboy1
02/6/2017 11:24 | che7win, are brokers not forecasting a small profit this year? DYOR | qs99
02/6/2017 11:21 | Mugs buy tops, been ramped up for ages, placing coming imho at 265p, they need cash for expansion and as like most Companies that have had a big run up, they are gully likely to use the opportunity to raise cash for the difficult road ahead. You'll see a lot taking profits | ny boy
02/6/2017 11:20 | For a loss making business burning cash, its quite the performer of late. | che7win
02/6/2017 11:20 | Daft to sell anything before 19th June. But I can understand the jitterness especially if you bought of late as profit is profit. I shall hold on as I do agree the company should be at least £100m. | andyr42
02/6/2017 11:09 | I like the story & the potential. Taken some profit though as I sense some froth at present. Sold 20% of holding | doratheexplorer
02/6/2017 11:06 | At these prices, one would need to be very brave to buy, or even to hold. On the other hand, it has been the brave who have made the increase--UP TO NOW. CONGRATULATIONS FOR NOW. | roundup
02/6/2017 11:00 | hotting, i still think your year 2017 value of £120m is too low. Dont forget the hair loss products in a market worth $11.8 billion by 2024, and Prolong. I entirely agree that a $1 billion plus takeover is the end game here. | englishlongbow
02/6/2017 10:49 | Now tell me about other "stuff" - is that not so "saw"? | kemche
02/6/2017 10:46 | `L’Oreal is counting on the acquisition to help spur growth at a time when it’s facing a slowdown in parts of Asia and Latin America. IT Cosmetics, co-founded in 2008 by a former TV news anchor and a beauty-pageant winner, increased sales 56 percent to $182 million in the 12 months ended in June, according to the statement. That’s up from about $1 million in 2010.` Bought out approx July 2016. | monkeywench1
02/6/2017 10:38 | yes I get all of that, but these valuations are starting to appear ludicrous what can you tell me about 'IT'? | saw89
02/6/2017 10:35 | saw89 IDP is a rapidly growing company and we know about some of the new products and ranges coming on stream - see the heading Points 1 - 11. The excellent interview yesterday with HC really underlined the scale of the proposition here, e.g. Skinny Tan now has 300,000+ following on social media. 200,000+ unique clients about which the company knows quite a lot. 24,000 deliveries per month to those unique clients. Loreal acquired cosmetics company 'IT' in 2016 for $1.2 billion cash. IDP "are going to keep the growth trajectory growing" "we are going to have the new brands scaling" "we are looking forward to a very good fruitful healthy 2017 and 2018" "we have got the fastest growing bronzing brand globally, SkinnyTan" "large portfolio of good quality brands which would scale" "the 200,000+ unique clients is growing at a rate of 15,000 new clients every month" "growing vertically and horizontally" | goboy1
02/6/2017 09:58 | Hi ihmm.....great to see you here (I think you're in PAYS with me as well). Yes, the letter has stalled recently (as you know). Still hopeful regarding ALT but this does look very exciting. Here's to the next line! | melf
02/6/2017 09:55 | 120m mcap by year end? 1bn takeover? that is OTT. I'm positive about this share, but that is unlikely. We have a good pipeline of things coming but a lot is being forward priced in as we speak. | saw89
02/6/2017 09:54 | I see SkinnyTan is now listed on FeelUniqie - one of Europes largest online beauty retailers. www.feelunique.com/b and Lookfantastic - Europe's No.1 retailer for beauty which attracts half a million unique visitors a month. www.lookfantastic.co | hottingup |
