I have revised my price estimates.


Personal view of thread host 'hottingup'
I suggest a year 2017 market capitalisation for IDP of £120m (999p) and a year 2018 figure of £200m (1665p) with an eventual takeover above $1 billion.

From the half-year Report.

`The Company places great emphasis on product development but is mindful of large investment costs which would be unsuitable to a business of its size and scale. New product development projects over the last 12 months have been through a disciplined and careful plan, and in close consultation with its key distributors, retail, and industry experts to ensure that products are well-positioned to generate revenues immediately through our DTC strategy and retail channels.

The trading terms with Prestige Personal Care Ltd (HMC Health & Beauty) additionally allow significant flexibility in both the quantum of the Company's orders and timing of payments. It therefore places the Company in excellent shape to maintain its healthy cash flow as it continues its growth throughout 2017.
The Board is pleased with the current direction of the business and confident of delivering further growth during the remainder of the year.`

Might not be much pull back before 19th June as the update date is key and I am sure they are keeping their biggest annoucement on that date. DYOR.

They have very smartly got their multiple sales channels in place and now have multiple lines to sell through them. This is a living demonstration of what "synergy" means. I don't see why they would need to raise funds: they are selling at high margins and have low overheads and there is no clamour for a dividend. Bank funding must be available now, as their sales record is impressive (if short). The market cap is piddling, plenty more to come.

19th June update will be very interesting as they could have results of FDA approval of their hair product. No longer just a ST company, much more to come and the approach BY Boots says it all. They are also negotiating with other big players in the USA, who knows Walmart?

Just tried to buy these on AJ BELL platform but was told that AJ BELL has taken a business decision not to trade in this stock. I have now traded via another platform but have to say that in my 30 plus years of trading I have never come across this before. Any insights welcome?

That's what they said about BOO, FEVR, PRSM.... Not to say we won't get a pullback here, but difficult to say how high we can go before that happens. Update should hopefully provide some more clarity on the opportunity here.

You have all the rampers coming late to the party, where were they all when a few of us were posting months ago? Be careful, many are buying tops, I still maintain a small holding @ 165p but have traded quite a few times and done very well but I wouldn't be buying at these levels, these will correct, shares that have rapid rises always do.

It's the retailer's now asking IDP to supply them. All IDP have to do is manufacture more to meet demand. Staff numbers and costs remain low.

Wait for the placing to raise cash for rapid expansion, it's a costly business expanding into new markets, I'm sure they will take advantage of the spike to place around 265p

Hottingup yesterday evening I pointed out that W7L had a market cap of £192m after only listing recently. If as seems likely IDP reach £192m that gives an IDP share price of 1604p, which looks more than achievable as Haris said in the interview yesterday IDP's rapid growth is continuing and it will be a good 2017 and 2018. So I think you need to up your target.

IDP starting to appear on more people's radars. I suspect any dip will be bought strongly.
