Some musings:
Y/e is June. If the TU says that they are to achieve circa £9m T/O then that would be 30% above current market forecast, if £10m then 45% above etc. I estimate that they should be making circa 62% GP margin. They run a lean company with an estimated 24 people directly employed The only other costs will be marketing and other minor overheads. Therefore a fair chunk of the GP should drop down to the net level.

By now we should all know that virtually all of the T/O for the current year is attributable to ST only. Looking out to FY 2018 we only need to refer to the header and see what is yet to come. And all this with no market perception. No doubt they will become interested when this achieves a mkt cap of £100m.

AIMHO and DYOR etc

I wonder if May's record sales are partly due to stocking orders for Boots and ASOS. It sounds like June has got of to a great start though.

Thanks Croasdale. I have to to echo the sentiments of others on this board. It's quite unique to get such a valuable and credible insight to 'live' numbers on a bulletin board.

Your posts stand out like a beacon amid the masses of filtered users I have here - it's much appreciated.

By the way sales on SD.com have spiked again after they changed the special offer yesterday.Sales in the 24 hours before were about 275 and since yesterday afternoon have spiked to over 400.The most I have seen in 24 hours is about 550. I'm expecting more today.Today is a members 10% extra off so it's possible to be tan and Tone Oil for £13 - usually it's £22.Will keep you posted.

Filta Group Holdings plc

("Filta" or the "Company")

Trading Update

Filta Group Holdings plc (AIM: FLTA), the provider of fryer management and other services to commercial kitchens, will make the following statement regarding current trading at its Annual General Meeting to be held at 11.00am today:

"We have enjoyed a strong start to the year with revenues for the first 4 months, on a constant exchange rate basis, over 25% ahead of the same period last year, with all of our business lines, franchise development, fryer management services and Company-owned operations contributing to the growth. During the period we have added £0.2 million to deferred revenue from franchise territory fees to be recognised during the remainder of the current year and in future years.

An important factor in the Company's growth has been the new customers secured in the last quarter of 2016 who will provide a full year's contribution in the current year. This, the fact that the majority of our revenue is repeat business and that there continues to be an encouraging level of enquiries from potential high quality new franchisees gives the Board confidence in the outlook for the full year and beyond."

Breakout of the range we have been stuck in for a while. Might come back for a retest but looks very bullish.
