KIST is on the move again.
IOG should follow soon imho especially as their future sales to BP and GazProm are at day ahead NBP gas prices rather than having been hedged at lower prices.
That additional UK gas from IOG can't come soon enough given the current energy crisis!

DD, re I3E. Looks to have transformed itself since that exploration fiasco a few years ago but I must admit I'm still wary because of past experience at that time. Their US interests remind me of DEC but oil rather than gas. Quite a decent cumulative production from those interests given the market cap and other assets but then it is oil not gas which is not exactly flavour of the month right now. Couldn't see any potential gas interests but I assume there are some within their licensed blocks.
Having said all that the I3E 1Y chart looks good (except for those who bought on that spike) but the 4Y chart not so good of course due to that exploration fiasco a few years back.

Bounty re i3e.
I'd never recommend a stock matey just say take a look, as I think you or FB did ages ago to me with i3e and after taking a look, I ran a mile!!
However now after the exploration didn't come in as "planned" totally reinvented and "may" be worth looking at again? I don't personally attribute any value to the n sea assets and any upside would be a real nice surprise, IMHO.
I've bought some at 11.2p average I think?

Yes all over the news this morning, this gas crisis is getting serious.

I wouldn't be surprised if IOG ticked up tomorrow.

This article in the Telegraph today gives a bitter sweet feeling as although we have the best investment sectored stock to be in at the moment we will all have to pay the price of Government short-sightedness and indecision...all governments over the past two decades at least

With gas all over the news due to the high prices it seemed like a good idea to start a new thread to highlight IOG, with first gas from the North Sea due imminently - in Q4 2021.

Bounty, if you had omitted the International Oil and Gas and called it IOG I doubt anyone would give it a second look...the title says GAS in it is all that really matters...blame the BOD for deciding on a company name that means nothing.

Now you mention it I do vaguely remember that in which case have got their name wrong in the thread title which I can't change! I could set up a third time lucky thread I suppose and cut and paste the header into it but not sure if worth the hassle, it could be just to rid us of the oil flag!?

Strangely though Bounty they are not now called International Oil and Gas but just IOG...they were I believe trying to rid themselves of the "oil" bit but then lost the "gas" bit along the way as well...a rather clumsy name change

I think IOG should drop the 'Oil' in their name, after all it's only gas they will be producing short term at least. Independent North Sea Gas would be a better name.

MM, that was the plan, messed up with the first attempt though!
I think I've finished the header now having mentioned first gas, second gas, the Warren Buffett connection, and the sky high gas prices with a link to the Q4 22 gas chart top right.

No I dumped i3e ages ago, I haven't checked yet but I'm guessing that was a mistake?! SQZ remains the star but IOG may have the most potential is all goes well and to schedule, although I'm expecting some teething problems along the way. Maybe IOG will surprise me; I'm back in here on the back of the recent good progress and sky high gas prices.
