10/7/2021 20:04 | Chart looks interesting. Already have SQZ & KIST shares. Tempted to add IOG. | papillon
21/6/2021 15:34 | May be tempted once the gas is flowing given the low CO2/boe and low opex/boe and all gas. Would be a different kettle of fish then ;) | bountyhunter
21/6/2021 14:29 | Andy already tried.. I doubt he'll be back.. | fardels bear
21/6/2021 12:47 | IOG would make a good aquisition target for the likes of SQZ or KIST. In fact IOG management may be open to a deal as in their own words (in the latest presentation - April 2021): "Highly attractive target" • Compelling cashflows, Operatorship and Infrastructure ownership likely to be an attractive proposition • Low opex/boe and low CO2/boe makes for an attractive investment IOG's development partner CalEnergy is a subsidiary of Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway Energy which adds confidence after the LOG fiasco. Rockrose bid 20p/shr last year (rejected) however the price is still just 21p with first gas on schedule for this quarter (September). A sceptic would say that the difference between now and then other than approaching first gas is that management have now loaded up with share options! | bountyhunter
21/6/2021 12:43 | I have bought (and more than one trade) @21p so I assure you they are certainly not all sales as I said earlier! | bountyhunter
21/6/2021 11:13 | I have sold some @21p which if they have all been sales someone must be soaking them up I guess??? | dekle
21/6/2021 10:32 | Certainly not all sells, probably none of them are! ;-) I like the high gas price mid-summer and even better forward price (should facilitate hedging for first production), the Warren Buffet connection and the takeover possibility being a low cost low carbon producer (in 3 mths time assuming all continues on plan). I can't say I am overly keen on the management team but they must be highly motivated with all those share options! The LOG fiasco is not yet forgotten. | bountyhunter
17/6/2021 16:44 | Over the last few days there have been several deals at 21p or less all recorded on ADVFN as sells?? | dekle
07/6/2021 15:18 | Certainly agree with you on that DH..management have put their interests way before their first obligation.... the company's best interest. It should also be said that they are paying for experts in their field to progress the project while it would seem to me that they sit and watch (perhaps a little unfair I suppose). However, at the end of the day we are now 10% better off than the offer of 20p for the company in March 2019 by Rockrose. Waited this long might as well wait another 3 months or so. | marvelman
07/6/2021 14:28 | Yes - I'd hardly say they were "easy" to fit in - they appear so only when well managed, planned and executed / operated on the day!! I am not an IOG "mgt." fan if you know my history but FFS, lol! | dunderheed
07/6/2021 13:49 | Looking good to me also robs...thanks | marvelman
07/6/2021 13:25 | Well, according to the 11 January RNS, both the Blythe and Elgood pipelines were done in Q4 2020. And the onshore tie-in of the main 24" line into Bacton was also completed Q4 2020. The company presentation (todays') still stating 1st gas in Q3 2021, and total capex within 10% of original FID gross budget. And UK gas prices are higher than they have been for the last two years - and higher than 10 year average. Gas futures pricing rising rapidly too, but that looks to be due to a short term squeeze expected. Looking good to me. | robs12
07/6/2021 13:06 | hsfinch...that's a slightly different point than "this project is a mess". No one would dispute there is always a possibility (as in any major project) that there could be a cost overrun but to call it a mess based on anonymous hearsay is pushing it. There has been nothing so far to indicate either a delay or cost over run in all of the RNS's this year. "Platforms are easy to put in".... really?. Certainly they have gone to plan and budget if you call that easy but I would call it good management at the very least. Clearly you are not invested here but can you tell us why you even bother to make a comment. If you have solid information to back up your statements then please share it as I am as keen to receive any such guidance as most investors on this BB are. I am not in love with this stock and would sell tomorrow if I thought there were issues that would seriously affect the project but "Ive heard that" does not cut the mustard. | marvelman
07/6/2021 12:13 | Nope. Platforms are easy to put in. Pipelines are the problem. Especially the export line to Bacton. This project will need much higher gas prices to make money. | hsfinch
07/6/2021 09:35 | "Ive heard that the project is in a mess. Its gonna be late and over budget"...you need to get your hearing checked out. First gas is nearly there. | marvelman
01/6/2021 19:03 | Ive heard that the project is in a mess. Its gonna be late and over budget. Gas price is key to if it turns out ok or if its a disaster. Don't say you weren't warned. | hsfinch
26/5/2021 16:36 | Watch MITON for sells as and when they start to see rolling profits..........it wont be the first time this management team has done this sort of deal. | anley
17/5/2021 07:29 | Excellent news. Share price will go up significantly | inv
15/4/2021 12:44 | TR1 - Premier Miton now have 5.36% holding (vs below threshold) | t0pgrader
13/4/2021 16:33 | Their Feb presentation quotes peak production net figure for the core area only of 70MMscf/d or 12k boed. First gas Q3. A gas price around 40p/therm bodes well. It would be good to see them agree some meaningful 3rd party business through their facilities. | sludgesurfer
13/4/2021 12:24 | Finn Cap have a price target of 47p. Anyone know what the estimated boepd is ? | yellowdog
12/4/2021 17:03 | Lombard Odier have sold down from 25% to 23% in the last week so there is lots of stock to buy. Once gas/oil has been hit and I would say by the end of the year the shareholding positions in this company will have been resolved especially the 29.9% shareholder. BUT at what price? | anley
12/4/2021 12:51 | Exactly sludge - rewarded for incompetence doesn't leave a good taste but that's the way it is! | dunderheed |
