23/12/2024 14:42 | Time reduction With traditional construction methods, a project can take many months to complete, with the norm being that large projects take 20% longer than expected and adding up to 80% in cost overruns over the initial budget. However, 3D printing allows to reduce up to 70% of the time and a project can be completed in just hours or days, depending on its magnitude. Therefore, contractors can work on more projects and, consequently, increase their source of income. | putinaire
23/12/2024 14:40 | The construction industry is facing major challenges: productivity has stagnated for decades, there is a shortage of skilled workers and the need for affordable housing has long been growing beyond what the industry can provide. That’s why new solutions are needed – like 3D concrete printing. Thanks to a new level of automation, buildings such as single-family homes and multi-family homes can be built faster, more cost-effectively and with less material use in the long term. At the same time, work on construction sites is becoming significantly more attractive for young skilled workers. In addition, 3D printing offers unseen levels of design freedom from which architects, planners and residents benefit | putinaire

21/12/2024 23:01 | Yes, the buyback power (if it continues at the current pace) is only sending the price one way. spud | spud
21/12/2024 20:17 | #Spud, curve balls and swans can come out of anywhere, but the income is why I hold here, and that case got stronger with the 4 * equal payouts coming in from June 2025.. Vaping is taking off, it will be regulated and taxed, stick sales will continue to fall, but EPS/DPS have not fallen as pricing keeps offsetting, FCF spin off is massive and unlikely to reduce as heated/oral/vaping is now the growth sector and could start overall revenue/profit growth with it...? IF the buybacks keep coming and debt reduces with share capital the share price is only going 1 way..? Ongoing multi-year share buyback with GBP1.25BN underway for FY25, a 13.6% increase on FY24 buyback.. | laurence llewelyn binliner
