That's right but they have to pretend the brand name GSN is a thriving business in competition with Pink News, Attitude and now JOE's gaystarnews.co.uk. If they hadn't done this the company would have been deemed as a cash shell and the suspension would not have been lifted without having a business injected into it.

Ellipses - You've fallen for it. The bit about the copycat website is to convince you of the value of the brand name. But of course there is no copycat website because GSN is managed by Greencastle which is owned by Joe Media and in turn owned by DS.

A copycat website, www.gaystarnews.co.uk ("Copycat Website") was registered on 19 October 2022. Whilst it is not currently seeking to compete with the 'Gay Star News' brand created more than a decade ago, the operator of the Copycat Website has refused to deliver up the website.

If you recall Joe Media was originally involved with Iconic on the original Gaystar News website. Good luck with getting that IP back.
