You omitted the words "under the right conditions" , energy can become mass and vice versa. On Earth there is no practical way to convert mass entirely to energy. It would require temperatures and pressures greater than those at the core of our sun.

Its not the cost of the listing that's important anymore. In the past it was well worth the cost of the listing to scam mug PIs for millions. The FCA have tightened up the rules so what they insist on is the company having a certain capital value. Its £30 million for the main market and £6 million of the AIM.

To stay on the main market ICON would need an injection of £30 million. To move to the AIM it will need an injection of £6 million. Neither is going to happen.

There were some Dragons Den start ups that were valued more than this. The directors at least told the potential investors what the business plan was. Then again the business plan here has been clear since 2019, milk mug PIs for every penny you can get.

No ICON gets its money direct from EHGOS in cash this is called a subscription. For example ICON can subscribe for £150,000. At a later date EHGOS can decide to change the £150,000 owed to them into shares this is called a conversion.
