They have the authority to issue only another 8 million shares.
At 8.50p that's £680k.
Unless the share price rises substantially they cannot meet their £1.5 million obligation to EHGOS and Linton let alone access to the remainder of the £3 million facility which is about another £2 million.

At 8.50p there is also a 20% conversion penalty fee.
