The BOD did have reputations but when you get involved with certain people reputations associated with UK listed companies are left in tatters. See RNS 23/08/2022.

Prior to suspension the company had a market cap of £6.3 million. Today the market cap is just £455k. They will milk the £455k for whatever they can get.

The FCA are due to change the rules for main listed companies by year end 31/12/2023. A standard listed company will need a market cap of £30 million or more. If its less than that they they will need to transfer to the AIM with a market cap of £6 million or more.

It is my opinion they will conduct neither exercise and will shut up shop well before then blaming negative bulletin board sentiment for the demise of the company.

The FCA can't touch them because they are using the protection of the CVA that has been sanctioned by the High Court. Why do you think the CVA that should have been concluded in April 2023 is still running?.

RNS 02/02/2023 - "Firstly, to fulfill its obligations under the Company Voluntary Arrangement ("CVA"), Iconic still must make two cash payments of £50,000 each for the months of February and March, and then a final £15,000 payment for April."

RNS 12/09/2023 - "We are pleased to announce the allotment of shares to the Unsecured Creditors satisfies the final condition to bring the CVA to a successful conclusion."

5th October 2023 and the CVA still ain't discharged.

Chinese Investor - "Shares can legally be issued for less than 10p (i.e. the nominal value)"

Shares can be issued at the nominal value or higher without authority so long as the company has plans to put in place the authority at a later date like a GM. Shares can be sold at less than the nominal value at anytime like today. Shares cannot be issued at less than the nominal value at any time.

There are no institutional investors , just institutions that hold financial instruments due to debt. Not the same thing at all.
