endeavor2 - Try reading the RNS statements. EHGOS and Linton between them are owed £1.5 million and they are secured creditors. That's where the next lot of conversions will be going. As they are secured creditors they can force the company back into administration anytime it defaults on its debts.

RNS 03/08/2023 - "The Prospectus gives Iconic the ability to issue Ordinary Shares as it finalises its overall restructuring obligations. These shares will be available to meet obligations towards:

the European High Growth Opportunities Securitization Fund ("EHGOSF") and Linton Capital LLP under the 23 August 2022 Settlement Deed;

the unsecured creditors under the 22 September 2022 Company Voluntary Agreement;

EHGOSF under the 28 September 2022 £3 million financing facility; and

management for outstanding fees."

Iconic Labs PLC (LSE: ICON) is pleased to announce that the Creditors Voluntary Arrangement ("CVA") has been completed and the relevant documents have been filed at and accepted by Companies House.

Brad Taylor, Chief Executive Officer of Iconic Labs, commented:

"The successful completion of the CVA marks an important step towards Iconic Labs' financial stability. Now that the CVA is discharged, Iconic Labs has removed historic debts and is well positioned to progress with growth opportunities and focus on its strategic goals.

Don't be fooled by the low market cap.

There is no business so they still require conversions from EGHOS to pay wages and operating costs. As I posted earlier they cannot issue shares below the nominal value so what they are doing is issuing shares to EGHOS at 10p and issuing additional shares to EHGOS to make up the shortfall from 9.50p.

This will be back at under 10p in a short while as they issue more shares now the price is above 10p on today's CVA RNS.

According to Cooper81 on LSE the CVA has now been completed (confirmed on Companies House website).
