So far the subscriptions have been coming from the ICON as they access the EGHOS £3 million facility. Now that the prospectus has been published what you need to look out for are subscriptions coming from EGHOS and Linton Capital as they collect their £750k each from the company.

Announcement of the Completion of CVA

Iconic Labs PLC (LSE: ICON) is pleased to announce that the Creditors Voluntary Arrangement ("CVA") has been completed and the relevant documents have been filed at and accepted by Companies House.

Brad Taylor, Chief Executive Officer of Iconic Labs, commented:
