18/10/2018 09:43 | I'd like to see an intra day reversal on very good volume, think last few PI weak holders bailing | tsmith2
18/10/2018 09:42 | the company would not be so silly to indicate timescales given recent events..so I'm very confident in JV partner well ahead of FDP.. | tsmith2
18/10/2018 09:26 | Following yesterday's RNS and MrT's research . I am confident that in MJ and Firstenergy , we are in very capable hands. Even if structural issues are resolved tomorrow , I think it unwise to expect a quick deal. Recommend reading very good post from tournesol on the PMG bb [ post 7482 16 OCT ] , who describes some of the complexities in getting a JV over the line , Feeling more optimistic and relaxed than for some time ….NOT SELLING . | corgies2
18/10/2018 09:19 | Weald basin lol | tsmith2
18/10/2018 09:17 | Looks like it's going t1t's up to me! | gh20468
18/10/2018 09:12 | The market suspects that there will be a drift in timescales until a deal is done therefore why not drop the price and get some stock on board cheaply. Makes sense to me | a2584728
18/10/2018 09:04 | This could go lower as interest has waned and the likes of Weald basin oil co's are the flavour of the moment. With a longterm view, assuming they push ahead with the farmout process, this is a great buying opportunity. Kinda feels like the lull we had here lastyear happening all over again. 18/10/2018 08:56 | The orchestrated walk down continues Where it stops nobody knows | begorrah88
18/10/2018 08:28 | FDP approval 1Q 2019they are expecting a JV partner before this..penny will drop | tsmith2
18/10/2018 08:22 | Offshore Energy's coverage of FirstEnergy engagement as i3E A & D Advisor. | hpotter
18/10/2018 07:33 | Caters, I think the podcasts do more harm than good as it is there where they have over promised. I’d stick to RNS, tweets and PR releases. | showme01
18/10/2018 07:31 | Errrr. I was being ironic. Ziblot, you need to take a chill pill. | showme01
18/10/2018 00:42 | You're kidding me.. | fardels bear
17/10/2018 23:37 | Yeah Ziblot, nobody! I just made it up. | showme01
17/10/2018 23:02 | Will MS be as ready to do VoxMarkets podcasts & the like, I wonder? | caters
17/10/2018 21:08 | The real catalyst for improved sentiment will be the upsized credit facility with UK banks. $50m should be easily doable with enlarged asset and $80 brent. | kingivor
17/10/2018 19:25 | Pleased with the solid rns and its composition. Reads like they are minded to let the advisor led period run its full course irrespective of the existing counterparty. If we are to receive an offer for the common shares in entirety you would think this would arrive quite quickly. Next news after the last of the conversion of outstanding cln's or their further extension from October 31 could be a director's circular recommending an offer. £2/s would make handsome returns for Neil and Graham for a few years work and £1.4m to Majid for a few months work. Can't risk being out of this now and expecting postive retail sentiment to return and lift this back towards the pound level in time for Christmas. | kingivor
17/10/2018 19:11 | Showme, so who told you the JV likely be in January.? Nobody! | ziblot
17/10/2018 18:59 | Its not the options in place; the vesting price should have been 150p. Its money for nothing. | ziblot
17/10/2018 18:43 | Issuing shares ATM is nothing short of a disgrace. This lot will never buy shares; why should they? | ziblot
17/10/2018 12:55 | multiple usually implies more than a couple.. | tsmith2
17/10/2018 12:46 | From 23rd May RNS: "Development Funding As previously announced, the Company continues to progress numerous funding initiatives and is in advanced discussions with multiple potential Joint Venture partners regarding development funding that i3 believes would maximise shareholder value from the enlarged Liberator development which the Company expects will result from this 30(th) License award." Looking back, you wonder what was going on. Q1. How many was "numerous"? A1. 2 possibly 3 Q2. How many was "multiple"? A2. 2 possibly 3 nb., A1 & A2 are best guesses. Whilst that old RNS may have been accurate it was certainly very optimistic. Today's RNS seems more understated and realistic: "Liberator has received strong interest to date" | caters
17/10/2018 12:19 | Understood. The positive thing for me from today is that First Energy know the asset and people, they know others with money, they've done North Sea deals, and using their valuation metrics i3e is hugely undervalued.Whatever has happened in recent months, the future for i3e shareholders should be good - whether Liberator gets farmed out or sold. | mr. t
17/10/2018 12:08 | I'd agree and can't see an asset sale. Value is funding it and moving it forward. I only mention what I did in your post regarding GMP finding companies that want to buy it rather than farm in. | showme01 |
