10/11/2013 20:57 | Am fascinated by massive director buying too. Looks like a good business model. Any catch? | ![]() richtea1701
10/11/2013 20:47 | New to this board, attracted to this share due to directors heavy dealings. Have gone to their website, they are in recycling oil business and looked at their financial statements, their profit margin improves from 23% to 25%, but they are still making quite a mass loss from continuing operation, but the market cap is about 100 millions already and recent placing were over subscribed. I was wondering if any of the long term holders can explain to me what are the potential of this company, as I'm too stupid to see it. | swong21118

08/11/2013 16:57 | Well if they have your money, and those of others, it can at the very least accrue interest for them however small that maybe | ![]() capricious
08/11/2013 16:49 | I use Selftrade and as usual - no shares, no change and no response from enquiry! | ![]() slaccs
08/11/2013 16:31 | Just checked and looks like I've got my extra shares but not my refund! | ![]() eclair
08/11/2013 16:14 | Any updates on whether people have their entitlements? | ![]() capricious
08/11/2013 14:45 | be good to see the share register and see which insti's came in on the £20m. | ![]() dirty75
08/11/2013 14:10 | US economy going great guns, UK economy moving like gangbusters... where are/will be, Hydrodec's biggest markets? Australia has seen a slow down with lower demand from China, but I suspect with the new government, they may reduce or drop the super tax on mining etc, should help. | ![]() capricious
08/11/2013 13:38 | Yes indeed, accept that is for me it seems. | ![]() capricious
08/11/2013 13:22 | If you read the timetable RNS you will see that Crest accounts should be credited today, and share certificates despatched by 15 November. | chorister
08/11/2013 12:35 | I've been told that it could be 3 days until the shares are sorted. They said it wasn't their fault - understandably it will take time for Hydrodec to send the correct allocations to all the various parties involved. | ![]() capricious
08/11/2013 08:56 | Ah thanks for the info | ![]() capricious
08/11/2013 08:51 | I'm being quoted 13.05/13.29 with Charles Stanley. | ![]() eclair
08/11/2013 08:47 | Trying to buy online and can't get a quote. | ![]() dirty75
08/11/2013 08:46 | They only got the ok from shareholders yesterday so brokers are having to work thru allocations. I've got my basic allocation but there are no extra shares shown nor any cash returned. I expect that this will be sorted later today. This is with Charles Stanley Direct. | ![]() david77
08/11/2013 08:43 | My 1 for 12 entitlement is now showing but not the additional allocation. I agree - strange that there are no trades. | ![]() eclair
08/11/2013 08:37 | What's strange is that their are no trades this morning, I'd make a good guess that some went into this to make an immediate profit, but there are no sells | ![]() capricious
08/11/2013 08:27 | I've emailed my broker to see if they can clarify. | ![]() eclair
08/11/2013 08:06 | Surely there must be some rules of conduct for brokers around such corp actions. It may be the case that no one has their new shares yet No trades come through as of writing | ![]() capricious
08/11/2013 08:04 | Same for me | ![]() eclair
08/11/2013 08:02 | Change of broker me thinks, no new shares and no refund so I can't add | ![]() capricious
07/11/2013 15:50 | Good point cap. HYR should now be regarded more financially sound than before and more attractive as a partner. The board will have spent considerable time over the last few months working on the finance and can now again focus on operations. Hard to see much happening before the new year as in the "road map" in the recent presentation. | ![]() alanrussell
07/11/2013 14:12 | Regarding post - capricious 7 Nov'13 - 11:21 - 2668 of 2673 We already know there was a cash crunch at OSS, partly by debt and then less favourable trading conditions. I believe that trading conditions have recovered, if the UK economy continues as it is, Hydrodec have timed it perfectly, the problem was that OSS did not have the cash to make bulk purchases. This meant that it was impossible for them to take advantage of the upturn. Hydrodec now has the working capital to cover this and the funds to take forward, at an accelerated rate, transformer and industrial oils, all at higher margins. I cannot see how this wont follow other open offers, with similar prospects, and gain (steadily) on the share price front. I'd be interested to find out if the potential partners that were put off doing a joint venture or license model, due to the previous debt load, were in Japan or Australia... With that issue now cleared, who knows, we might get surprised by the addition of a new licensing agreement. | ![]() capricious
07/11/2013 13:47 | Ah yes I see what you're saying | ![]() capricious |
