21/10/2013 09:44 | The Edison target price increase coupled with todays very detailed RNS is all good IMO. Looking forward to an interesting times ahead now. | mortimer7

21/10/2013 08:36 | At last!!! | alanrussell
20/10/2013 11:08 | I was looking through the OSS site, they mention gaining approval (2011) to build a new depot in Northern Is, as business there has been expanding. I guess the depot is not constructed but is certainly interesting. | capricious
07/10/2013 10:16 | hxxp://hydrodec.com/ The information isn't new, but for those that haven't seen the full colour version, it's an example of the continued improvement for professional and well polished media output. | capricious
30/9/2013 15:07 | I think Edison have forgotten that they were going to release a full note. Must be pretty comprehensive. | capricious
27/9/2013 10:51 | You're welcome :) He still has a war chest generated from his reduction in Betfair stake, and I guess if at some point there is a further share offering, he will be part of it, not least to protect his current stake. | capricious

25/9/2013 10:51 | I posted earlier that OSS had a cash crunch, and if you check companies house, they had 9 charges against loans. It seems a reasonable assumption that an otherwise good business, was brought down by cash flow problems from existing debt. This was acerbated by a reduction in demand, and the fact, like Hydrodec, they had a long drawn out accreditation process with the environment agency. | capricious
25/9/2013 09:06 | And SVM reducing there short... Again | pinkalltheway
25/9/2013 09:01 | Onwards .... And upwards | pinkalltheway
24/9/2013 23:27 | sheeza: As OSS had revenues of £1m in 2012 before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation and seemed to be carrying big debts it could well be that it was the interest that killed it (hardly likely to be the taxes!) in which case remove the debt and it looks a lot better. Of course the depreciation on its fleet of tankers would be significant but how much? For my part I am sufficiently cynical about pre-packaged sales that I consider it more likely than not that this is a good deal for HYR. | alanrussell
24/9/2013 23:18 | 17 February 2012 Hydrodec Group plc ("Hydrodec" or the "Company") Director's dealing in securities The Company has received notification that Andrew Black, a non-executive director of Hydrodec, today purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 14.375p per share. Following the purchase Mr. Black holds 57,984,525 ordinary shares in the Company (14.1 per cent of the issued voting share capital). He also holds warrants to subscribe for 7 million ordinary shares. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Looking at the graph from that time, it seems Mr. Black occasionally makes the sort of decisions I do. Suspect his long term record is better though........... | alanrussell
24/9/2013 19:46 | I think it is SueY1 - bought a shed load at around 10p some below at 8p & now this last batch | euclid5
24/9/2013 19:44 | Do we know why OSS was in administration - was it losing loads of money? How will HYR manage these losses (if they exist) until they can open treatment plants here? | sheeza
24/9/2013 11:25 | euclid, is that the highest price (per share) he has paid too? | sueyou1
24/9/2013 11:23 | Mr Black buys another £155,000 worth - he has plenty of confidence without little doubt | euclid5
24/9/2013 11:04 | Just as I posted, the share price is showing some movement :) | capricious
24/9/2013 11:02 | I'm quietly confident that 15p will be reached in not too long a time. Unless we hear that the integration is not going to work as expected, the market must now be looking 6 month - year in advance, and can see the seeds of profit. This time around the share price might just stick at the highs, rather than quickly dropping down. | capricious
24/9/2013 10:58 | No surprise to me that Mr Black has hoovered up a load more shares. Nice to see we are well above that resistance around 11p, next target is 18p which would be a new closing high for the past 12 months. Beyond that, 15.5p would be a new very long term high. | sueyou1
24/9/2013 10:39 | Sometimes the agents put through delayed, late or corrected transactions, so it masks whether it is a sell or buy | capricious
24/9/2013 07:37 | 24 September 2013 Hydrodec Group plc ("Hydrodec" or the "Company") Director's dealing in securities The Company received notification on 23 September 2013 that Andrew Black, a non-executive director of Hydrodec, on that same day purchased 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 12.875p per share.
