re - what has changed

Plenty has change, especially the Oil price, that after all is what the company has and produce moving from $37.50 to $45 on a couple of days, surely that is enough reason as the other shares have done the same way moving higher and the normal bounce back once is reaching the bottom.

I have a theory. The reduction in pressure at Lancaster has caused the fault between Lancaster and Lincoln to fracture and fragment. So much so the oil from Lincoln has now rushed in and lowered the OWC below 1500m in Lancaster so restoring the 500m barrels recoverable.Sh1t just realised its not April today.

Morning HD, as I posted before, last two SB positions here lost money, but this one is Looking decidedly better. Who knows what is driving this sudden surge.So do we trade it or invest in it?So hard to guess the true back ground.

Had the retrace and pause after the spike and now on the way up again

DEPTH was level to negative during this time 31 v 34, but now has gone positive on the bide side once more 43 v 29 now with a narrow spread 3.57 v 3.65p
was earlier 3.35 v 3.52p

Looks mainly as if traders were piling in and now are piling out as others get sucked into the momentum. That doesn't mean that there isn't any positive news in the offing though. Even indifferent news would look positive with the current market mindset.

I missed it this time and certainly won't buy up here as the risk/reward balance has swung too far for my liking. I wouldn't be surprised to get a second chance. And if I miss it, I miss it.

seems to me from past tracking they have enough data on lincoln pressure, i reckon this latest data is possible sample 4 as they disclosed that they had prev 2 readings think that was mentioned in previous info anyone confirm will it be ongoing or will they now have info to make a decision whether there is actually a seal at Brynhild fault

HUR has massive acreage in an incredibly prolific region and hence, further exploration success is certainly a high possibility here given the potential in HUR assets/licenses in their designated oil rich region, and one of the key reasons why CA have now significantly increased their stake in HUR which even based on today's known fundamentals, should easily be trading well in double figures as minimum IMO.

.....How much acreage around Lancs did HUR relinquish recently? Where do you see them drilling explo wells? CA have said they increased their stake as they believe there is significant oil below the OWC.

As HUR stands, you believe it merits an EV of around $500 million "as minimum". Care to share your figures?

As far as HUR “Forward Work Programme” goes, there recently seems to be a significant pickup in ongoing positive activity by HUR in the area which is a great sign for the new seemingly much more proactive management now in place highlighting that a diligent forward plan/relating updates are in full progress , and IMO, no news here is good news as a diligent plan requires time/planning and I expect viable decent updates here in coming days/weeks ahead, GLA.


..Or the welcome recent rise in the share price has absolutely nothing to do with HUR, but a few hedge funds looking for bonbed out cos which could benefit the most from a successful Covid vaccine & a return to "normality", whatever that looks like. Oil price is good news, the geology hasn't changed in the last few days.
