28/11/2017 12:20 | As the Halifax well did not flow, I am guessing there will not be much increase in 2P, just in contingent There won't be much, or any, increase in 2Ps, but it's got nothing to do with how Halifax flowed. There will only be 2Ps for Lancaster area involved in the EPS, as that is the only part of the licences for which there is a development plan. Any increases will be in contingents. 28/11/2017 12:17 | Looking at the 5 days chart, early this morning was a marked down to attract buyers and it work as a bottom. Since the UT at 12.02pm, there is a good price for entry, as there is only 75k at 25.25p offer, there are 786K at bid 25p with DEPTH also positive 59 v 46 | master rsi

28/11/2017 10:26 | I have been buying £2,5k of these beauty on every 10% fall. I can keep these, and keep buying too, for the next 3 years, lol. What I know, as a long time investor, is that HUR will be over a pound by 2020. The support/buying, has been extraordinary. Patience and you all be rewarded. We are now at cash value, lol. With over 1 billion barrels underground waiting to be extracted. I value HUR at 2 billions squids myself. Do you? | alamaison5
28/11/2017 10:06 | I think what many are not grasping is that the latest wells were not intended for production purposes but as evaluation wells. Yes, the two Lancaster wells are designed to connect to the FPSO but that is also by definition an evaluation tool. People coming to this share are looking at it as a fully formed production play in the making, which it isn't. That is still a few years away. | jacks13
28/11/2017 09:53 | Jimarilo, I think we'll find that the CPR will add very little to what we already know about Halifax. That will have to wait until a re-entry is made. The CPR will be based on the cores extracted during the recently ended drilling campaign. Four wells were drilled, Lancaster 7, 7Z, Lincoln and Halifax. Cores extracted from all four wells will be the subject of the CPR. Halifax at this stage is no big deal. | jacks13
28/11/2017 09:52 | Jimarilo - when one says that a well did not flow, it is usually taken to mean that efforts were made and they were unsuccessful. I suggest that the company did not need the well to flow and so for the reasons given they didn't really try. The point of the well was to establish the column which, you may remember, was thicker than Lancaster and thicker than expected. Job done! I am just quibbling with your wording rather than arguing with your point about the CPR, which is valid. If you had said that the 2P probably won't increase much because Halifax wasn't tested, I'd have been happy! | hiddendepths
28/11/2017 09:44 | Agreed FN, but still need it to flow | jimarilo
28/11/2017 09:24 | Jimarilo, Crystal Amber had an Investor Day presentation at the end of June (the day after the major fund raising) at which Dr Trice was due to make the keynote presentation. He had to withdraw at short notice so instead CA's own consultant stood in. Here is the link: It does give an insight into what CA are/were expecting the nature and size of the resource to be. | jacks13
28/11/2017 09:21 | A bit misleading to say that the Halifax well did not flow.... | hiddendepths
28/11/2017 08:59 | Most holders hoping on the CPR to magic the share price to somewhere better or they would have sold this weeks ago As usual there will be plenty in the know ahead of anyone here What are the expectations from the revised CPR anywho ? As the Halifax well did not flow, I am guessing there will not be much increase in 2P, just in contingent | jimarilo
28/11/2017 08:51 | CPR report release within the next 21 trading days . | gary38
28/11/2017 08:39 | AIUI, the short is taken as protection against a total wipeout... | steve73 |
