17/11/2017 10:51 | Jibba jabber I was overseas when this share hit the highs earlier in the year I cannot recall saying I bought in 60's I am not a mug punter | laserdisc
17/11/2017 10:48 | Jimarilo I paid 34p in one of the placings, placings were supposed to be oversubscribed and in great demand, oil price substantially more now, you would think that those positives would help, it could go lower that's why I buy the dips, unfortunately you can become rather overweight using this strategy ,done this since 2014 when HD recommended the stock prepared to wait for 1st oil | laserdisc
17/11/2017 10:43 | Oh dear, hands up who bought in the 60's, Laserdisc that's you, mug punters abound here beware. | jibba jabber
17/11/2017 10:18 | There has been a placing since August 16, so not a like for like comparison, considering the additional shares in play | jimarilo
17/11/2017 10:00 | we had a 23p bottom back in aug 16 when brent around $46 presently above $60 the present 27p bottom seems to be holding I added some more & will do if it falls further just buying dips and building, patient game will be better come 2018, hope Aramco floats lse that will help in general | laserdisc
17/11/2017 09:37 | I would imagine there'll be a decent amount of short closing today. The week traders don't usually keep positions open over the weekend. | hiddendepths
17/11/2017 09:05 | Jacks1 ... that thruster looks like its in need of major refurb! | idleduck
16/11/2017 16:51 | Best answer to ignorance is silents so _acker -1 your blocked. | gary38
16/11/2017 16:38 | Well, he criticised Arnott, sour grapes I think he said. But with Arnott gone he's unlikely to have to keep his company in the future. Bernstein's trainset jibe aimed at his mate Trice perhaps warrants a response but maybe Malcy has chosen to keep his head down for the time being. It's a more difficult call for him anyway, taking sides I mean, he might back the wrong runner. | jacks13
16/11/2017 16:26 | I'm sure he will give his take on it at some point. | gengh15
16/11/2017 16:05 | It’s interesting that the Companies completely independent promoter Malcy has not commented on the RB letter. It’s almost as if he is a paid for mouth piece? Or is that unfair? | davidblack
16/11/2017 16:03 | _ackersAnyone who has to prove something to others shows they are insecure and those that know dont have to prove it. | gary38
16/11/2017 15:59 | No, he's quite right. I will henceforth desist from my silly talk and start looking after my investment. Errm, how do I do that? I mean, what am I meant to do? I'm just sort of sitting here... | hiddendepths
16/11/2017 15:40 | _ackers this is not the local bookies board for deramping short betting gamblersthis board is for Hurricane Energy investors. There is no interested in your dole money £5 bets which should be spent on food . | gary38
16/11/2017 12:43 | "You should be looking seriously at stopping all this silly talk on this BB and looking after your investment........th Sorry but Rhubarb.... BH | bloodhound
16/11/2017 12:33 | So p.ss off. | shakudo
16/11/2017 11:31 | Think more in terms of a 2.99% holder who wants some skin in the game if there is a oil deal down the road. Hurricane’s assets are huge and will require £50bm to bring to full field development so having an almost 3% stake would give you a seat at the table as a possible partner. At this price Hurrricane is priced as an option against the possible but yet to be demonstrated massive potential. 3% is 50m shares! The disagreement is not silly, it’s part of the Company’s growing pains. We currently have a ceo who is a full time geologist and runs a half a billion pound company as if it’s a small company. But it will be resolved and the painful process of professionalisation will add value. | davidblack
16/11/2017 11:02 | I bought in to HUR at just over 30p about 3 months ago on the basis that the business has a world class oil find and through a series of talks funded the capital required to get it out of the sea bed. Now we have a row going on between some very silly shareholders and the directors who also seem to be at each others throats BUT that is not stopping the development time table and in fact one small reason is that all this is giving someone including me the oppertunity of gathering in loose stcok..........purch When you have the sort of capital that has recently been invested plus a row it usually has a habit of drawing out M&A talk. You should be looking seriously at stopping all this silly talk on this BB and looking after your investment........th If there is a new 3% shareholder then we will soon know as he mops up stock at these prices. | anley
16/11/2017 10:57 | you really are a pathetic twit gary. im not short HUR - never have been. In fact i was long a fair amount all the way up, and sold when stobie opened his value decreasing gob just as well i did. had these for over 2 years and the continued slide lower should be a lesson to idiots like you too. | rackers1
16/11/2017 10:39 | 2m traded today with someone scooping up all the cheap stock. We seem to have a far eastern buyer who stops around midday. Let’s hope that continues! | davidblack
