For Barclays bods, they've just told me OO shares will be allocated probably early next week, possibly tomorrow onwards. Don't know why it's taking them so long, but there you go. Looking at LSE, seems 23% is the rough figure being calculated on scaled back excess allocations - although a few people who applied for smaller amounts seem to have got the lot.

Anyway, nice little finish there - that I did not expect at the start of the day :)

Just spoke with TDW

They inform me that they will wait upto 10 days before chasing the return of unused monies from the excess offer. Obviously the money could be returned before then, but they infer that the money is held by HUR.

I would be interested to know when any other brokers show shares and returned cash in your trading accounts.

People had ample time to sell around 40p, so why sell now? I will never understand the stock market.

So Lincoln spudded and we move on, I'd expect this will be classed as a discovery (even taking account of the sandstone find in the 70s) Hopefully we'll be notified if or when they hit oil and not just when we get to TD. An exciting couple of months ahead. Trice doesn't hang about when it comes to the drill bit. Laserdisc, we should also get news about the FSPO before year end hopefully on top of your expected news flow.

jacks13 the Company believes it, and I believe in this co that's why I am invested ,they have always been prudent in past news releases, no reason to not believe in view of all the seismics that have been done
edit and as prefab mentions also get news about the FSPO before year end

They've previously stated a P50 of 150mmbl. This morning's rns is stating 'the Company believes that the Lincoln field could have unrisked Prospective Resources of up to approximately 250 million barrels assuming the Lincoln prospect is analogous to the Lancaster field'. Does that count as an upgrade?

I would expect next news of this drill say 1st week of December & they have said they will then open the data room later this year, of course we are due further news on where the next drill will be and whether they take up option 2 on rig to drill ie
