Thanks steelwatch,I do have a lead on the AHV for 1 Well + 1 Well option its not been filled /chartered as yet, the dates quoted all help fill the ops jigsaw, kingfisher mention both wells Lancaster 205/21a-6 60°12.000'N 03°51.757'E & Lancaster 205/21a-7Z 60°11.995'N 03°51.731'E Transocean were involved in rig move to Shaw 10 day slot so keep a lookout for Transocean needing any AHV's and another pointer repsol will require further chemical permit think they already have had 4 or 5 ,existing permit seems due for renewal if that does not happen then we have another pointer closer.
Anyhow I am confident for longerterm

re shipwatching mil62 posted this link on the other site

video shows the area that Fortitude is now moored she is a bit lonely as no other cargo vessels presently moored nearby,a fishing area picture scenery around , cruise vessel passed by here a few days ago, obviously good infrastructure for future shipping ideal for entry in Norwegian sea then to wos

First Published: 20 March 2017 | Latest Update: 20 March 2018 Lancaster Field – Well Intervention Operations

Petrofac Facilities Management Ltd (PFML) will shortly start well intervention operations in the Lancaster field to the west of Shetland.

Operations will be undertaken by the Transocean Paul B Loyd Jr (PBLJ) anchored semi-submersible drilling rig. Operations are currently expected to commence on 14th April 2018 and expected to last approximately 60 days, however I will send an update with updated timings should there be any delays.

The recent new-built FPSOs (Kraken & Catcher) used 2 tugs each from Singapore to UK NS. AM used just one tug from Europe to Dubai (I assume it was not a time critical journey) but I'd expect we'd use 2 for the return, since time will now be more important, and we've a lot more cash now invested into it, so it makes sense to use employ a "redundant" tug for extra security.

Much as I'd like to think the returning AM will trigger a more reasonable SP, I doubt we'll see much of a rise until production actually starts....and more importantly is maintained over at least a few months.

If the industry were really convinced that this particular FB would deliver at maximum & sustainable rates, they would have gone straight to a full field development (probably as a Farm-in or outright take-over of HUR).

So probably plenty of time to load up (IMHO), although that said I'm fully locked and loaded, just in case it occurs sooner..!

Thanks laserdisc for the clarification. Helps piece the jig saw of events together very nicely. The big question now is which part of the jig saw will really start to trigger the share price?

I would think that a Standby Vessel will assist/ help and guard the FPSO in initial sea trials. It needs to get back safely that's the main thing, it may well be that a tug travels with the fpso while testing of equipment takes place, that will be done en route checking and re checking radar and many things, if it travels under own power it would take about 40 days at say 6 knots. we will have crew aboard , I see there were some adverts for vacancies on fpso initially starting in Dubai then moving to a location to west of shetland

I'm happy to be corrected, LD, but I'd assume the AM propulsion was limited to positioning thrusters. While I'm sure it could get back under its own steam, I wonder if it's possible a tow might be more efficient?

LASER....do we have a sailaway date for the AM?....for me the fireworks will only really start around this event. I will probably end the year holding my entire sipp in his and boo ( the latter currently getting obliterated by what appears to be an organised short attack) Fortune favours the brave ( and stupid) it's the only way I can see of pushing my pot to a place where I could retire before I get to 70!

the Fortitude is a cargo vessel transporting the heavy anchor chains for the AM they are onboard that vessel presently, eventually they will be trf to another vessel or stored somewhere, the handling agents will be involved, vessel quite north now only has to come across Norwegian sea to possibly Lerwick we will see
all this is just the jigsaw for me, to evaluate how the ops actually runs and falls into place

laserdisc looking at page 19 on the following company presentation which of all the vessels involved in the Lancaster field is Fortitude. Sorry to ask but Huricane's presentation does not call any of the vessels shown Fortitude. I suspect its the all important FPSO - Aoka Mizu vessel

If I am lucky i will get the gift this Christmas, that is what I think now, often I take a step back but I still have my eyes on the prize, I get a feeling of accomplishment when this moves to a new level, the news flow helps spur you on. We all have our own little tactics when putting company information together ,its just a few ideas from me it may be the golden goose if it is I will be happy with one egg and then I will sell, I have a hunch and go for CononcoPhillips amongst others to be involved when farmin details known
