Didn't like this bit from the Chairman's statement, wasn't it to be completed in H1?

i dont wish to be too harsh on the bloke, hes done a great job getting us this far, but there are bound to be several issues out of his control, not least covid, brazillian politics, and the wheeling and dealing of spiv financial institutions and their corrupt employees.

but HZM will prevail, whether we are solo or owned by another company, and i'm fairly sure that the banks will have their own views on that.

Apparently the 5 named banks that are in the syndicate, plus the Brazilian export credit agency and the banks of Brazil that are in the second row waiting for a slice.
I am also comforted by the fact that the much criticised private equity deal had a fair amount of due diligence input. If you are really so concerned there is the option to sell what you hold.

Brazil is now the Covid hell hole of the world with its P1 variant. My view is that HZM will not get funding anytime soon. Hope that I am wrong.

Not sure to expect anything tomorrow Do not like exact timelines Saying Q1 or Q2 etc is fine by me otherwise we we have traders buying in just for the news and then sell up when nothing transpires
