up today - investtech chart (yesterday's close )



Has broken the ceiling of the falling trend, which indicates a slower initial falling rate. Has given positive signal from a double bottom formation by a break up through the resistance at 42.00. Further rise to 50.44 or more is signaled. RSI is, however, overbought, which indicates a potential short-term reaction down. The stock has support at p 42.00.

from today's times Highway Insurance, the Lloyd’s of London underwriter, formerly Ockham Holdings, faded ½p at 43½p, despite suggestions that full-year figures due in April should provide a cue for broker upgrades.can any holders tell me a bit more about this stock. it has a good dividend and low pe. windsor has been re-rated after it's results. maybe this will be as well.

Well, hv, if it's a ramp it's working, and not just for Highway but for most of the Lloyds sector. Take a look at the fundamentals, if you can see through the green haze, and you'll see why.

only just noticed that the yesterdays Guardian said there are rumours that the bidder for Cox may be moving his eyes over to HWY (mentioned a price of 70p)

This is now at an 18 month high. As Ashley says still up this morning all on sells!!!!! Not a single buy.
What does this mean. It means a large buy order waiting to be filled, probably institutional and it means no-one is selling.
Your right bucketfall xmas comes early. Lets see it go a bit further as CW. has just cancelled out all of my profits on HWY!
50p before XMAS then ;-)
