When the first warrants are exercised they will have to issue a holding rns as it will take them over 3% and this should show if they are buying on behalf of someone else, when the second batch is exercised it will take them over 33% so they will have to declare if they are buying for a client who intends to bid.

Personally I can't see why one institution would want 50% of any company so I am hoping they are buying for a client or clients, which could be good news in the long run.

I am comfortable with the quality of companies that I short. I believe it is for the good of the market. HNR is a promotional stock. Other stocks where I have been short are outright frauds - fraudsters hate me, and I am pleased with that.
