Bobby I have explained by route to wisdom in respect of HNR and Twinkle toes.

I have no self interest. I am not short on HNR nor have ever been short.

Look at the PET board. My interest is clearly stated.

ps. I welcome a good argument, but you having fantasies about my underwear leaves me a tad..... uncomfortable.

#HNR are dealing with legal cannabidiol CBD,
Anything contains THC are not allowed in HNR business model, let alone Columbian rubbish.

Marty

Paul Mendell is the issue, he has issues.

I did warn way back, ask the CEO that has left.

So it was no surprise to me when over-inflated claim were being made, it fits with suspected issues.

Helium

That was never viable, it was a hot topic in the US. I had been tracking it for some time and in comms with Helium experts in the US who were on the ground in Montana. They said the area HNR were looking at was not viable. Low percentage rates and much less economic than a host of sites available. The other issue was disposal of produced
water as it was too tight in that area to absorb it. Hence as I recall there was only 1 gas well in that relevant county.

HNR pumped to up sucked investors in and tried to sell it on. However I believe the potential buyer also spoke to the same US experts and realised it was a dud.

I did try many times to warn PIs.

The oil play is on the fringe of the oil play in Colorado, the only reason they got to the same levels of initial production was due to huge frack wells instead of the 20 to 30 fracks for the ones further north, hence costs would be much higher and thus they ended up with a fraction of the interest.

Then the frack issue, another hot topic and Paul came up with an answer which now seems dead.

Never mind eh hemp is the hype now so let's grow it in greenhouses at higher cost than simply growing it outdoors in areas where the climate supports it.

One lot of spin to the next and the current CEO has left, look at Paul not him imo.

"HNR already won."

Did you mean to write "HNR BOD already won." ?

They certainly did. At your expense.

Bide your time - more to come in 12 days.

June figures for ED - COGCC:
Oil sold 57184, x 0.075 = 4289 HNR barrels. x $59 average oil price June = $ 253,051 - state tax 20% = $ 202,440 oil
Gas sold 130,180 x 0.075 = 9764 HNR mcf x $2.3 average wholesale gas price June. = $22,457 -state tax $17965 gas
202,440 + 17965 = $ 220,405 for HNR and don’t forget we have to - 7.5% operating cost.

GAS:
''Combined gas production from Buckskin, Citadel, Grizzly, Hagar, Ouray, Thunder, Wildhorse and Powell wells is 4,900 Mcfpd.''

7.5% from 4,900 Mcfpd = 367.5? Mcfpd for HNR
367.5? x $2.28 (current natural gas price) = $837.90 a day for HNR (minus tax)

$837.90 x 30 days = $25,137.00 a month for HNR (minus tax)

$25,137.00 x 12 months = $301,644?.00 (£238,298.76?) (a year for HNR (minus tax)

OIL:
''Combined oil production from Buckskin, Citadel, Grizzly, Hagar, Ouray, Thunder, Wildhorse and Powell wells is 2,700 Bopd.'' (*6 wells were producing and it was 2000 so with 8 producing it is now around 2700 (2666 exactly))

7.5% from 2,700 Bopd = 202.5? Bopd for HNR
202.5? x $59 (current oil price) = $11,947.50? a day for HNR (minus tax)

$11,947.5?0 x 30 days = $358,425?.00 a month for HNR (minus tax)

$358,425?.00 x 12 months = $4,301,100? (£3,397,869.00) a year for HNR (minus tax)

GAS:
''Combined gas production from Buckskin, Citadel, Grizzly, Hagar, Ouray, Thunder, Wildhorse and Powell wells is 3,284 Mcfpd.''

7.5% from 3,284 Mcfpd = 246.3? Mcfpd for HNR
246.3? x $2.61 (current natural gas price) = $642.84 a day for HNR (minus tax)

$642.84 x 30 days = $19,285.20 a month for HNR (minus tax)

$19,285.20 x 12 months = $231,422.4?0 (£175,881.02) (a year for HNR (minus tax)

TOTAL Income:
OIL + GAS
£5,239,470.09 + £175,881.02 = £5,415,351.11 (minus tax) - this year only

+ some unspecified income from Highlands Water Resources

AND LOTS MORE TO COME SOON

*Data based on RNS from 25/02/2019 and commodity prices from that time.

It was calculated some time ago on another board:

OIL:
''Combined oil production from Buckskin, Citadel, Grizzly, Hagar, Ouray, Thunder, Wildhorse and Powell wells is 4,053 Bopd.''

7.5% from 4,053 Bopd = 303.97 Bopd for HNR
303.97 x $63 (current oil price) = $19,150.11? a day for HNR (minus tax)

$19,150.11 x 30 days = $574,503.30 a month for HNR (minus tax)

$574,503.30 x 12 months = $6,894,039.60 (£5,239,470.09) a year for HNR (minus tax)

Flow rates may slightly decrease in time but less or more that is what HNR is getting this year.
