17/6/2016 08:12 | Hmmm we'll see. | ![]() tracy_moore
17/6/2016 08:12 | Unfortunately still had my alerts on. I still will probably look back to see how this ends and hope it does well for the PI's. You won't hear much from me though Tracey. | ![]() ssnichani
17/6/2016 08:10 | Hurricane, why the sudden interest here? You have never held and do not hold now. I see your pal superg1 was plying a similar line last night. Just wonder why two die hard IOF investors decide to come here and offer negative opinion. | ![]() keya5000
17/6/2016 08:08 | Lets hope if they do raise the money they do at least get the plants in the right places, unlike iof eh hurricaine. | ![]() escapetohome
17/6/2016 08:06 | Yes Zengas . sleep well in the comfort they have all that Helium. Remind me again how it needs to get processed ? Also where was has the money gone they raised for DVT trials that no longer need paying for? A fool and their money eh. | hurricane.
17/6/2016 08:05 | ssnichani, don't keep looking back , move on it'll destroy you lad. | ![]() tracy_moore
17/6/2016 08:02 | SHAM!! Glad I preserved some of my capital to have another day. As I was saying since 2 days I don't think the second and third tranches will be exercised by the bucket shop and the shares will crash back to where they started this journey. Let's be honest, what has changed since these were 10p in April other than some promotional RNS promising DT tests and Rhowder well completion none of which happened in June. If you did not observe Rhowder well talk are still ongoing. No doubt there will be more promotional RNS and podcasts to try to get the other 2 tranches of warrants but see through what is happening here and don't require a rocket scientist to make out that the shares will end up with us gullible PI's when the music stops. I will never return so don't take this as a deramp to get in lower but merely sharing my story being all in holding 806k of these at one stage and similarly seen a lot of people saying are all in like I was. Of course all of you pay your own money and take your own chances. | ![]() ssnichani
17/6/2016 08:01 | Just watch the last of the sellers, before the mm move this back upwards they know how to make money and there are so many in here just dont get it. | ![]() datait
17/6/2016 08:00 | PatientCapital Has there been any acquisitions for example since that paragraph you have quoted ? | ![]() tracy_moore
17/6/2016 07:55 | Where's the money - why the rush to get these warrants converted if the following remains true? This was said after the 18p placing:"Highlands CEO Robert Price said, "Based on our current corporate running costs, these additional funds will cover our overheads through to the end of 2017." | ![]() patientcapital
17/6/2016 07:49 | what happened to low cost, let the third parties fund the wells and run it on a shoe string model?!!!!!! caveat emptor | ![]() dingo75
17/6/2016 07:44 | Can't blame the buyer for today's rns. Will there be a holdings rns after the first tranche is converted? If there isn't then shareholders should be kicking up stink. | ![]() patientcapital
17/6/2016 07:44 | barnes4 17 Jun'16 - 07:37 - 7085 of 7086 0 0 I know one thing if i was confident in my product and natural resources was funded for another year i would be in nooooooo rush to sell my warrants I would if it meant I could move in on US oil and gas assets for pennies on the pound whilst the industry is still in tatters and assets being sold off silly cheap. Excellent time to be buyers if you can raise the cash. | ![]() bad gateway
17/6/2016 07:39 | Don't worry Hurricane what I do. These warrants were always there at the exercise price of 25p since day one. It doesn't matter if DTI sell them at 5p or 1p - HNR get 25p. This has never changed at any time for HNR. If they are under that price, then there's no dilution or income to HNR. If they are exercised at 25p it's £2.5m to HNR. | ![]() zengas
17/6/2016 07:37 | I know one thing if i was confident in my product and natural resources was funded for another year i would be in nooooooo rush to sell my warrants | ![]() barnes4
17/6/2016 07:35 | NATURAL R Will indeed be on the moooove today with yet another cracking friday rns | ![]() barnes4
17/6/2016 07:34 | Agreed Zengas personally I think if they'd done this in the U.S it would have gone down well they appreciate the extra liquidity there but the UK just sees dilution and forgets the cash coming in for investment. | ![]() bad gateway
17/6/2016 07:33 | You keep buying then Zengas lol. These will crash below 20p today. Next the warrants exercise price will move | hurricane.
17/6/2016 07:30 | This relates to what DTI is doing. It doesn't affect or change anything in relation to what HNR get from any exercise of the warrants into shares at 25p by the buyer. | ![]() zengas
17/6/2016 07:30 | Not looking good chaps!!!! | ![]() potential
17/6/2016 07:29 | Why should they go to prison and why does it matter to investors what price the investor gives Price for the right to buy the warrants? Isn't it more important the 25p exercise price has stayed the same? | ![]() bad gateway
17/6/2016 07:28 | Hurricane they don't have a nomad. | ![]() keya5000
17/6/2016 07:26 | PURE FILTH, THEY SHOULD GO TO PRISON. | ![]() squiresquire
17/6/2016 07:25 | I misread - yes they are now taking 1p instead of 5p for the first lot then they put a bit in about the second lot remaining at 10p...I wouldn't trust that not to be lowered either | ![]() supercity |
