15/6/2016 11:25 | At the very least the timing of the 3 rns's this morning should be looked into. It was clear the first two had potential to increase the price whereas the third was always going to push the price down. Just my personal view. | rafboy
15/6/2016 11:20 | Yes, massive own goal scored! Not happy! Argyle...well done man... | fission453
15/6/2016 11:20 | they should suspend this and investigate the trading RNSs and timing of RNSs. WSHAK As i was the first to point out, well done to you for excellent and very polite repetitive warnings, dont worry about apologies, they wouldn't be worth having from half this lot. | squiresquire
15/6/2016 11:19 | Zengas,It's happened - a major risk that I highlighted was that HNR was being promoted to allow warrant holders and insiders to sell shares at a substantial profit, with retail investors being the bag holders. Was it my bearish comments that caused them to do this?Any apologies, folks? Or am I still just talking my own book?@WShak1 | wshak
15/6/2016 11:16 | appalling timing... wait till after it's reached £1.25 on the back of good well tests before doing 100% dilution of long termers not good at all...... | andrbea
15/6/2016 11:15 | No i didnt i took one look at it and i wouldnt touch it with a bargepole. i assumed it was aim , but it is not. That makes no difference whatsoever to my conclusion. Good luck if you like rollercoasters I do not. | escapetohome
15/6/2016 11:14 | Instant trap for all those 35p+ buyers 4p down already | annonymous2
15/6/2016 11:13 | Raftboy that would also suggest a top of 35p for now due to the near 100% dilution. | bandflex
15/6/2016 11:12 | So the price of the stock should be 25p then! | fission453
15/6/2016 11:11 | escape..you are a noise...don't even know which market the stock is listed....you are a fool boy! | fission453
15/6/2016 11:10 | EezyMunny - Thanks for that. | rafboy
15/6/2016 11:10 | So why are so many chasing it now after that news ? | annonymous2
15/6/2016 11:08 | Well done yasx and wshak for their warning. | escapetohome
15/6/2016 11:06 | More likely IMO rafboy that they have already sold the shares short and will cover by acquiring at just 5p (warrant purchase price) + 25p exercise price = 30p. ie they've been selling short at much higher prices and are locking in a fat profit. This reads to me like they have the option to keep doing this if mad old Mr Market keep this above say 35p. All just from a glance. DYOR! | eezymunny
15/6/2016 11:04 | so in theory around 30p should be the bottom. | rafboy
15/6/2016 11:03 | They only pay a premium if the share price is over 55p in the next 4 weeks which seems very unlikely now. Otherwise its min of 5p+25p and max of 10p+25p, so 30-35p cost to the institution if they are exercised. | bandflex
15/6/2016 11:03 | Down down deeper down it goes | escapetohome
15/6/2016 11:02 | Am I right in thinking the Investment company buy the warrants and then buy shares at 25p so they can't make any profit at less than say 30p plus? | rafboy
15/6/2016 11:02 | Oh dear you have lost a bundle The size of your loss will show what a moron you are! Whether its aim or not , it is a junior company speculative investment, whith caracteristic identical to 99 % aim company. | escapetohome
15/6/2016 11:01 | All of you were warned that the share price was too high. Hopefully some were paying attention. | patientcapital
15/6/2016 11:00 | It's not AIM listed. Beware the crowded, noisy, bulletin board, is the lesson (for the 10,000th time) | eezymunny
15/6/2016 10:58 | Erm, this is not an AIM stock..idiot! | fission453
15/6/2016 10:57 | Whichever side was right or wrong, im nute sure. Both sides gave their genuine point of view. However, aim management cannot be trusted. Eventually something popped out of the woodwork, perhaps wich the bears did not anticipate, but they won the day on this occasion. It just shows aim management can never ever be trusted. | escapetohome |
