Out and out lies from Rai.

Riverfort did not "elect to subscribe for ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in Hellenic Dynamics ("Ordinary Shares") in order to discharge part of an outstanding loan and accrued interest which was issued pursuant to the mezzanine loan announced 26 October 2023."

From that 26th October RNS:
- 15% annual interest payable quarterly in arrears for the term, with a drawdown fee of 6% per advance, payable in cash or shares at the Company's discretion.
- The Company may elect to miss payments in accordance with the agreed repayment schedule. This would result in various rights being granted to the Lender including the right to subscribe for shares in the Company using a pre-determined calculation.

Rai failed to pay on time 'cos they had no cash and issued shares in lieu at the companies discretion - not 'cos RGO preferred shares to cash.

Addition to extrader points on recent investor call:
"12. Run a lean ship. 3 staff in London. 3 labourers in Greece and a further 3 management in Greece plus a number of high profile advisors".

6 management for 3 workers??? + expensive advisors??? That's where the money's gone.

Where's the business update? Where's the meat? Rip off life style merchants!!

A very poorly executed leave by Herskovic imo. And an unreasonable delay in declaring his position. I am very interested to see if there is a rapid correction when he is finally cleared. A massive number of shares have been offloaded. Hopefully we will be shot of this individual before long.

The kind of rise we're seeing just at the moment is exactly what I'd expect to see on nearing the end of the overhang. Not sure we're there just yet, but good to see continued buying support for HELD.

I'll look over the trades tonight.

I think last week saw 'peak frustration' for a lot of LTH's.

Even the omnipresent Haaland has gone quiet....and that takes some doing!

The after hours Holdings RNS has brought a ray of clarity and was sorely needed.

No time now, but I will review the trades since the 26th March to the present date and see how many more could possibly be attributed to Herskovic.

Hopefully he will be running on vapours before long and the buying activity we've seen can begin to positively impact the price.

RCT - I've located the site on google earth. Check your mail. It used to be pixilated due to its previous role with the U.N.....but that is no longer needed. Clearly a lot of work happening on the ground. New buildings, earth works, access roads and the big aircon units can be seen freshly installed outside the main two growing bunkers. The site is now also surrounded by solar farms...which again is new. This access to local power could provide a unique opportunity to the company.

News is long overdue. Lets hope the market gets a solid update this month.....coinciding with a barrage of fresh £20K ISA allowances and an exhausted seller could be just the tonic.

BUT Davinder has been working on a bigger, better finance deal for the company
