i reckon the supply side is toast...relative to how it has been...look at the worked sells since early Feb. add them up..and be generous in what you leave out: i think the seller is as good as done. it up to the company now to deliver on the demand side. hopefully they will eventually deliver something upbeat, fingers crossed. if they do, without the sell pressure, should see a decent recovery..lots of ifs and buts granted so dyr etc and good luck to you.

..comedy others will be in the same boat. i picked up a decent tranche back in the day - much lower than 22p mind - but got a very good wedge just recently...average not too shoddy at all mate

Red card I never sold at 22p… only regret would have been able to buy more down here.
Got shy of 3%.
The masses will come. 1 or 2 lucky ones maybe able to pick up 1mill shares in low 3p zone… rest will be paying much more in short term.

1.25mill gives you 1% of co. Only reason so out of kilter due to novice seller destroying share price and no news issued that would have absorbed his selling at a higher share price
Gives buyers with some patience a chance to buy double, sell half at double price. Free holding to enjoy the cannabis sales and the macro global bandwagon of the cannabis market predicted to grow x10 over next 9 years.

Yes, may well of passed below 12% on that date....
but may have sold more, down to 11.4% after.

What do you mean? The form says threshold crossed 6 February, period. And no previous TR-1s this year.

someone had the 100k at just under mid price. offer is quick to correct back above mid. been getting lots of quotes in recent times and added some sub 3p a bit earlier in the month.

....buying strength in march has been solid....suggests to me a buyer(s) for that remaining 7% rocked up and bought it on mkt...wouldnt be surprised to see a +tr1. note big volumes in march yet share price stayed in a fairly constrained channel too.....seller and buyer matched up.so gut feel is supply side has dried up or is about to...and demand side depends on co developments..could move up quick from here if they EVER rns a +ive update...yawn. if correct on the above double fig share price could be back here in a flash. just speculating so dyr

Manchester Man's TR-1 completed ostensibly as it states on 6 February being date on which the threshold was crossed or reached. The form says HELD was only notified 15 March.
I've searched but not found time limits for notification and penalties for late filing if any. Answers?

Edit: fwiw, not checked for staleness, accuracy etc etc

Jj HELD are aiming to grow a specific strain/strength/replicatable crop.

Those with risk appetite have oppo to reduce their averages.
Not expecting sub 3p buying available for long. I bought much further up, managed to buy some lower . Gl holders

Bundesrat Votes In Favour Of CanG, With Law Set To Come In On April 01

Germany’s Bundesrat (Federal Council) has voted to pass the CanG bill without calling in a mediation committee, meaning the law should come into effect on April 1, 2024.

In perhaps the most important vote on cannabis liberalisation in European history, the German Bundesrat made its decision this morning on whether to pass the CanG bill, or send it to the mediation committee, where it was widely expected never to emerge.

The bill will legalise the possession of up to 25 grams of cannabis for adult-use. It will also enable citizens to grow up to three cannabis plants at home and have up to 50 grams of cannabis flower on their property. Cannabis cultivation associations would also be legalised, while public consumption will be allowed, though strict rules remain around where this is acceptable.

Crucially, the bill will also remove cannabis from the list of narcotics, a change widely expected to have a significant impact on the country’s already thriving medical cannabis market.

my broker is already on 2.9 for small volume

not quoite the below mid i could be adding at in recent times

will see if it lasts. supply and demand rules as always. if the supply side is drying up this will be straight back up on any more buying
