You have to ask, was the whole thing just a scam? Why did they apparently pay off one convertible loan in July 2023 for 375k only to take out a new one in Oct 2023 for 450k on worse terms it appears?

What was the Riverfort loan and interest converted at 2.34p as I thought the original agreement said 9.884p from October's RNS?

Not worried about this Riverfort rns today, as remember my post this week when I informed they are in suspension and Riverfort are calling in debt across all stocks.

Riverfort today provided another great opportunity to buy even cheaper.

The Second Advance $ 300K availability appears to have lapsed in accordance with its 150 day terms.

HELD is repaying a mix of P + I on the first $450K in shares, but unhelpfully doesn't break this down, just gives a £ lump sum equivalent.

It settled the 'front end' arrangement fee belatedly and in shares.

It's running on fumes, IMO.

Well if bank deal not completed , then what you suggest possibility. If deal announced then that will give strong foundation to shares in issue and expect price to motor.
Either risk by buying before news or derisking by waiting for confirmation 🤷‍a92;️
