05/3/2024 08:34 | What kind of chump would expect a dividend off EME? You guessed it. 🤣🤣 | halland75
05/3/2024 08:33 | 😂🤣 You have no idea how many shares I hold or what my average is at EME I know average here though And your definitely no share sage are you! pmsl | judijudi
05/3/2024 08:29 | Meanwhile... Last Business Update was end of September 2023. Could we see one six months on, end of this month? Let's see.... | halland75
05/3/2024 08:15 | 🐔 Womble What’s that got to do with HELD? | judijudi
05/3/2024 08:05 | I think there is always going to be downward pressure on the share price while this type of financing is being used | judijudi
04/3/2024 19:36 | If it were easy, everyone would be doing it! BTW, it is already in the 2p range. My 4p average, very happy with that. I am confident I won't have to wait long until my money is doubled. We will see 😊 | halland75
04/3/2024 19:22 | Yes hard to keep the faith here. In the absence of news this is going to 2p in March. | nappers
04/3/2024 18:21 | Ext. I called it way back. Told Bellend what would happen but he tossed his teddy as usual. Ripped off the shareholders. I'd like proof of where that US$450,000 has gone. | masergt
04/3/2024 17:08 | Well that payment was due and had to be addressed. That's now been done. I have to admit when I saw the RNS this morning. I expected at least a 20% drop today, so pleased to see it lower. We will quickly recoup today's 12%. I also don't think this will be the last RNS we will see this week. Keep the faith. 👍 | halland75
04/3/2024 15:21 | The payment in shares just made (equiv to £21,322) appears to be the 6% drawdown fee on the First Instalment of $ 450,000 advanced last October : - $450,000/1.25 x 6% = £ 21,600 So HELD appears to have taken 4 1/2 months to settle the drawdown fee.... The share price was 7p equivalent then, so the tardiness in settlement means that HELD has had to issue over twice as many shares in lieu... I wonder whether this is a precursor to Drawdown of the second tranche $300,000 mentioned in the October RNS? There's a reason CLN's are also known as 'death spiral' facilities. GLA | extrader
04/3/2024 15:00 | Got to pay the interest on a loan? | comedy
04/3/2024 14:46 | I don't blame the sellers when we have waited for news and updates for this long and then that comes along. | nappers
04/3/2024 06:53 | Meanwhile.... Will we see a revealing RNS this week? Let's see.... Exciting times. 😊 | halland75
04/3/2024 06:51 | The above post by our resident nut job is the classic example why after too much to drink over the weekend, you should stay off bb's 🤣 | halland75
03/3/2024 10:26 | Nothing wrong imo for the business using a mix of equity and debt to meet the five year business plan objectives but by my rough calculation, by the end of this month they must have drawn down the entire £750k and now looking for other options. After the share consolidation we have 125m shares in issue. If I was HELD I would try and raise £1.5m by way of 75m shares at 2p. Not extend my loan with RiverFort above the £750k and pie off Piraeus. Banks are umbrellas in sunshine anyway, not much use to fledgling businesses like this one. They will have him jumping though hoops to then say No unless he has security to give them. But what I would say is that I would want to see a clear route to break even and then profitability. We need proof of concept, get at least that first batch of flowers out if he does that it will restore SH confidence. Personally,I would back the business on that basis. | porky9

01/3/2024 19:58 | Halland75 From the Business of Cannabis on the 25th January 2024. "It comes just a week after an announcement that Hellenic had received a letter of intent for funding from Greek multinational financial services company Piraeus Bank, which has now reportedly reviewed Hellenics five-year business plan". That would be the 17 Jan RNS...which makes clear the qualified nature of Piraeus's support : .."a letter of intent for funding ("Letter") which outlines the support from the bank for the provision of credit facilities on [Ed.: = after] the submission of a detailed business plan, to be [Ed.: = future tense ie not yet done] submitted on behalf of Hellenic Dynamics by a consultancy firm considered to be acceptable by Piraeus Bank...." It's not (or shouldn't be) that difficult.... GLA | extrader

On the contrary : the RNS suggests that Piraeus is waiting on others to do that ----‐‐-- Halland75 From the Business of Cannabis on the 25th January 2024. "It comes just a week after an announcement that Hellenic had received a letter of intent for funding from Greek multinational financial services company Piraeus Bank, which has now reportedly reviewed Hellenics five-year business plan". Dr. Fillipos Papadopoulos, Executive Director of Hellenic Dynamics, commented: "Piraeus Bank has been a steady supporter of Hellenic and a long term believer in the prospects of the Company". With that level of praise and support for Hellenic, I really don't see PB refusing the loan, especially with so much to come. State of the art facility. POD innovation. Massive market awaits. With that comes great profits. Impressive business strategy. Quality harvest incoming. More grants very possible. We finish blue.....Great start to the month. 😊😊 | halland75

01/3/2024 16:08 | Hi techguru91, .."Pireaus Bank must have done their due dilligence ahead of the MOu in mid Jan .." On the contrary : the RNS suggests that Piraeus is waiting on others to do that, see .."Piraeus Bank S.A ("Piraeus Bank") has conducted a review of Hellenic Dynamics five year business plan and have issued a letter of intent for funding ("Letter") which outlines the support from the bank for the provision of credit facilities on the submission of a detailed business plan, to be submitted on behalf of Hellenic Dynamics by a consultancy firm considered to be acceptable by Piraeus Bank...." In the normal course of events, you'd expect HELD to have (1) found a Piraeus-acceptable consultancy ; (2) commissioned them to undertake said detailed business plan; and (3) have submitted it to Piraeus. Absent any communication from HELD on these 3 basic steps, I don't think it's safe to assume very much. Do you? ATB | ih_663475 |
