26/4/2025 14:29:28 | Yes seen the chats on LSE, hopefully he has been instructed to cease comms with investors which would answer the silence from him,,its dragging on tho a bit too long imo, they say no news is good bews lets hope in this instance they are right | maximus34
25/4/2025 16:13:07 | Some further "lively" discussion over at Lond/SE forum thread but no hard news on W-U Order rescission or court hearing for same... | triskelion
18/4/2025 19:12:30 | I have had some correspondance with the O/R @ Nottingham and the last i heard was " Our enquiries are ongoing "
" | maximus34 | |
18/4/2025 19:10:50 | I have had some correspondance with the O/R @ Nottingham and the last i heard was " Our enquiries are on going " | maximus34
17/4/2025 20:12:09 | In my #2431 above I included the case number of the petition which may help for tracing. Looking at the court list link in that same post the page refers to "remote" judgments being filed at the National Archives. I don't know if that relates to judgments made in regional registries or something -vs- London but I just searched the NA and found nothing yet:
Companies House says active Directors are:
COLLIVER, Joseph Tregonning PAPADOPOULOS, Filippos RAI, Davinder Singh
all having the correspondence address Hellenic Dyanmics plc 6th Floor, 60 Gracechurch Street, London, United Kingdom, EC3V 0HR
But presumably in limbo/disabled while the Winding-up Order is live, at least until rescinded (if ever). On the insolvency tab of the Companies Houes entry it says Practitioner The Official Receiver Or Nottingham * The Insolvency Service, 4th Floor, Loxley House Station Street, Nottingham, NG2 3NG
* [sic]
So if nothing is published in the next week or so maybe check the above sources? (But expect at best probably: don't call us we'll call you(?))
And I suppose you could write to the FCA Market Integrity Unit or some such about failing to keep the market informed but again do the directors' obligations under listing rules disappear once a winding-up order is made even if it (might be) in process of being rescinded?

17/4/2025 17:06:23 | Thank u ashleyj for reply, its a bit of a mystery atm | maximus34
17/4/2025 15:56:40 | I've tried to call them a few times since their inception, and you can never get hold of anyone that can speak English. All very dodgy to me
Accounts are overdue Next accounts made up to 31 March 2024 due by 30 September 2024. | ashleyjv
17/4/2025 14:37:31 | So are we saying that the company has been to court twice in the last month and still no word from the company ? Website gone so there is nobway of contacting Davinder then ? | maximus34
16/4/2025 15:50:59 | Sorry, I was reading it too fast
I would still like to know where all the money (in general) has gone though | ashleyjv
16/4/2025 14:54:56 | I think you're misreading my comment which was meant to be semi-jocular but evidently missed the mark. But it's nice to know there's a pro bono barrister on call at the court should the need arise LOL! | triskelion
16/4/2025 14:45:41 | So, they don't even have the money to pay for legal representation? Where has all the money gone? | ashleyjv
16/4/2025 14:05:12 | On London South East @Mypunt61 has posted 15 Apr 2025 09:15
"I did read that there was a insolvency court rescission hearing due on March 26th but not aware of the outcome. To try and overturn the judgement they would have to produce strong evidence ."
Well imo there is already strong evidence at least based on the published assertions of the directors and assuming same are true.
No source given by poster and believe it or not The Gazette webpage threw a gateway 504 Gateway Time-out when I tried it - an increasingly common occurrence also with Companies House which fact is a savage indictment of the right-on British Government's ability to run anything.
I have found this however but the webpage layout seems slightly malformed at least in my browser and currently I cannot find a date attaching to this entry:
6.2 Companies Winding Up cause list
List updated: 15 April 2025 1:16pm
Judge Time Venue Type Case number Case nam (headings - contents below here reformatted)
Chief Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Briggs Not before 12:00 Rolls Building, Court 1 Rescission CR-2024-006452 Hellenic Dynamics Plc
Incidentally under heading "6. Companies Winding Up (Chancery Division)" there is an interesting sub-heading and content:

27/3/2025 18:21:46 | #2428 Nothing here yet, not that that would be unusual: | triskelion
27/3/2025 13:59:30 | I think we have lost it all here, hope I’m wrong. | rafboy
27/3/2025 10:56:19 | Someone has suggested Hellenic Dynamics were due in court yesterday ? Funny how the company hasnt mentioned it | maximus34
24/3/2025 13:30:56 | The silence from the Directors is dodgy | maximus34
24/3/2025 12:59:47 | Drug dealers seem to be able to produce copious amount of cannabis without the millions of ££ in investment that this company has had.
Something is definitely dodgy | ashleyjv
24/3/2025 10:58:42 | We know the company has gone into liquidation we want to know what Davinder is going to do about it . The official receiver is probably looking into the companies assets as we speak | maximus34
24/3/2025 09:11:38 | Did you get a product sample with the letter to ease the pain? The first such letter for about 4 such companies I bought - a small venture into each. C'est la vie. | pierre oreilly
24/3/2025 09:04:32 | Just got a letter from HSBC stating the company has gone into liquidation. | ashleyjv
23/3/2025 13:45:17 | Imo the annoying part is the Directors stated in the last RNS that they would appeal immedietly, now this cannot have been done as one would expect they would have to inform the market that they had done this , i believe they can still appeal at any time tho,,as previously stated it wouldnt surprise me if they were not waiting for the new financial year to kick in to do some kind of placing to raise monies,,the silence is deafening | maximus34
22/3/2025 21:36:09 | Possible point of interest (maybe theoretical only?) is whether the receivers feel safe in their office / enjoying agent immunities etc if the court order for winding-up under which they will operate is truly based on a factual matrix which does not actually appear to justify a winding-up order - if the facts are indeed as alleged publicly by the directors in the last RNS. Would be nice to see the full Order to see the reasoning / why the court evidently rejected their version of events. | triskelion

19/3/2025 07:42:29 | Yes triskelion some good talking points on lse forum | maximus34
18/3/2025 21:25:12 | Latest filing at Companies House: "Termination of appointment of Sgh Company Secretaries Limited as a secretary on 17 March 2025".
The Lon/SE forum has been looking feisty. | triskelion
