18/1/2024 20:54 | My guess would be a small amount 1-5m to get 4 PODs fully operational, 1 MOU is in place already maybe more to follow. Each POD able to yeild 1,200kg as we know, potentially 3-6m per pod. Let's low ball so not too rampy 12-20m rev per year on 4 PODS. Then the facility will grow with the company, they want the Greek grant first before signing it off, I'd bet the grant will retire the riverfort facility and provide a deposit for the bank loan. | ![]() dannymaz89
18/1/2024 20:12 | Hi Danny, I have to say I was very impressed with your research in regards to Pfizer. So interesting. A monster 156b company, if a collab ever comes to pass that will be something! Very interesting too your Celadon comparison, that makes clear to all the massive upside here. Question Danny... The PB loan, how much do you imagine HELD will get and do you think the settled loan will be complete next month? Just interested in your thoughts. 3p here, sale of the century! Welcome Danny 👋 | ![]() halland75

18/1/2024 16:00 | Sigh. because they tell us. Pls read the RNS: .."Piraeus Bank S.A ("Piraeus Bank") has conducted a review of Hellenic Dynamics five year business plan (1) and have issued a letter of intent for funding ("Letter") which outlines the support from the bank for the provision of credit facilities on the submission of a detailed business plan(2), to be submitted on behalf of Hellenic Dynamics by a consultancy firm considered to be acceptable by Piraeus Bank..." There'd be no point in reviewing HELD's original business plan, which was overtaken by events when the Company changed business strategy, six months ago. Do you agree ? Ergo, IF Piraeus reviewed anything, they'd have reviewed something updated to support an application for the current facilities. It's an assumption, granted, but a reasonable - dare I say obvious?- one. Do you agree ? In the event, Piraeus has decided it wants a detailed, updated plan , validated by a third party. Why do YOU think that is ? Whilst you're at it, pls explain "the value of the Greek grants" : the purpose of an advance payment guarantee is to release monies ahead of schedule (there's a clue in the name), which is an indication that the Greeks are taking their sweet old time in processing and approving the grant(s) ...and HELD wants to speed up the process because it needs the money. That's my interpretation, anyway. I stand by my story. HTH and ATB | ![]() extrader
18/1/2024 14:01 | Thank you halland. Not easy to kick bad eating habits and start walking ( did 15km yesterday , today 7.7 km so far). Bought last lot 173k. So took 480k in total. Lol might as well get b/e lower. Knocked out the daily tasks procrastination. Now off for another 3km walk. Hopefully February we can see a different co with a significantly higher share price | ![]() comedy

18/1/2024 13:51 | Good luck with that health kick comedy. I mean those articles and the indicators within them, I mean that would be some coincidence, if nothing came of it all. 18/1/2024 07:38 | Extrader, How do you know HELD offered their own updated written business plan in the first place? There could be a number of reasons why they wanted a consultancy to see to it. This is no negative in my book. You must wait for the "substance", which will only be seen in the RNS confirming the approval of the loan. You assume too much here extrader, and I think you are grasping at straws, for whatever reason. I think you are wrong too, where you said getting the loan will not be a quick process. I think it will be done and dusted next month. "The firm added that the credit facilities provide letters of guarantee for the advanced payment of Greek domestic grants for which Hellenic has already applied". “Advanced payment of Greek grants” Understand the value in those 5 words alone.... This statement is as good as saying the share price will double from where it is now.👍 IMO. | ![]() halland75
17/1/2024 22:53 | Hi Halland75 .."With all due respect I think you are quite wrong, how can you state the loan is "highly conditional and short on substance", when the details of the loan are yet to be finalised?.." It's 'highly conditional' because Piraeus ,intends to consider providing...after submission of a detailed business plan...by an external consultant acceptable to the Bank... and It's 'short on substance' precisely because none of the details have been disclosed, much less finalised. That's how I can state what I stated. .."To suggest the updating of the business plan "is no vote of confidence in HELD's management" is without doubt one of the most ridiculous things I have read today!.." I'm not sure - based on the evidence to hand - that you actually understand what you read, since that's not what I wrote : I said that requiring the updated business to be prepared by a third party consultancy acceptable to the Bank - rather than accepting a plan prepared by HELD itself- amounted to a vote of no confidence, etc because that's precisely what it suggests. If you disagree, I'd be interested to know : what else do YOU think it suggests? HTH | ![]() extrader
17/1/2024 21:38 | Extrader, With all due respect I think you are quite wrong, how can you state the loan is "highly conditional and short on substance", when the details of the loan are yet to be finalised? I think it would be more prudent to focus on this statement written today, for if you understand it fully, you will know that this alone has the potential to send our share price into double digits in the short term....IMO. "Under the terms of the Letter, Piraeus Bank intends to consider providing Hellenic Dynamics with credit facilities, as follows: 2. letters of guarantee in respect of advance payment of certain Greek domestic grants which the Company has applied for". To suggest the updating of the business plan "is no vote of confidence in HELD's management" is without doubt one of the most ridiculous things I have read today! An update of a business plan is no drawback when in business and requesting a loan, it is in fact a must for most lenders. An old business plan could have a strategy that might have changed, things could have already been granted/achieved etc, etc, since the first one was written. An updated business plan is good business practice. Speaking of confidence this statement today is worth its weight in gold.... "Dr. Fillipos Papadopoulos, Executive Director of Hellenic Dynamics, commented: "Piraeus Bank has been a steady supporter of Hellenic and a long term believer in the prospects of the Company". Quite frankly I think the loan is already a done deal. For me, today's news has been the catalyst of no longer being seen as a sucker stock by the market and other hapless individuals. Today was no mere step forward, we leapt. | ![]() halland75 |
