Guys,

The Piraeus offer is highly conditional and short on substance.

The facilities discussed are :

(1) Export factoring = discount of receivables ie any payment risk on buyer, after HELD has jumped hoops on performance (production, quality etc);

(2) APG's in respect of grants already applied for ie self-liquidating discount of receivables ie primary payment risk on grantor, not HELD (other than secondary recourse);

(3) unquantified working capital for plant expansion (presumably above that plant already (?) commissioned).

No detail re amounts of ££ involved, pricing or security terms.

It also requires a detailed reworking/updating of HELD's business plan (the original IPO version presumably superseded by the recently acknowledged 'pivot' in business model), to be submitted by an independent third party consultant acceptable to Piraeus.

Apart from the additional cost, that's not exactly a vote of confidence in HELD management, is it?

Nor does it seem likely to be a quick process, IMO.

A step forward, to be sure, but not quite as it's been bigged up to be, AFAICS.

420k just appeared.
Looking forward to the close, hopefully a monster buy after hours.

As has been said, today was the game changer for us.
That is twice now Davinder has spared us from dilution.

I am certainly not ruling out another RNS tomorrow.

If you didn't know before, know now that your money is in very good and capable hands.

This is the start of the management team getting their ship in order. The Riverfort funding was at a silly level and you would imagine they have done a great deal with Piraeus Bank. I really feel the team are going to deliver the goods and win some big contracts going forward. Cannabis stocks are back in vogue in the US and there has been some major moves in the sector YTD. If you look at the volume that has traded since DEC 1st 23 (47m Shares. 38% of the company. But lets divide that in two as the market maker buys and then sells them. Still 19% of the company). There has been big sellers exiting but news buyers are soaking up the stock. You can only think its one of the main holders that owned it when it was a shell. Now that the funding question has been answered and NO equity raise needed I am looking forward to management delivering the goods. I really think with the right contract annoucement we see this into the teens.

Fill your boots here while you can the move is about to start.

Ps the 7p collapse took ages to happen and obvious now due to seller.
Many probably have brought their averages down.
Expecting 10% scalpers as we move back up but until we move past 10p, this news has not made its impact imho.

Oak I’ve just been buying steadily last 6months.watching all the videos not to put all your eggs in 1 basket.
Then carried on buying. Been here I think 3 or 4 years now.
Today finally can see they must be at a stage of a “ business” where a decent bank wants to lend them money.
Those who understand business and banks will realise today was a Gamechanger rns.
My plan was to buy another £10k on Friday as the stock though moved of the bottom has been having large volumes traded over last
Few weeks which also signified as someone has already posted the seller finishing up.
Today could be the last of that stock ???
I bought a stock years ago at 0.45p zone, it moved to 2p zone and then on next news hit 8p.
I put in £6k left at £22k zone, but if sat on hands would have had £100k… pre 2014

There are plenty of people here, holding decent sized chunks who are SPC holders, or even those who go back prior to that (ie Mountfield). They have sat through 18 months of suspension as HELD came to market...and then another year as the new company finds its feet. That kind of money isn't going to bail into a 20% rise off the lows we've seen. After todays reassuring news? Much more likely to add if anything...exactly as we're seeing. Would be nice to see a squeeze on until we are well up into double figs and from there, +ive company developments for the rest of the year.

Comedy, I agree.

What's more is the period of woe and stagnation has already forced a lot stock from weak or nervy hands.

Much of the retained stock in the hands of retail investors is probably pretty 'sticky' (ie long term, or at least patient enough to see their purchase prices hit and move comfortably into profit).

We haven’t even moved , when it fell from 0.1p ( new money 10p)… then new money 7p.
Some of us have averages from those stock levels and higher.
Until we get past 15p we haven’t moved.
Plus guess very little high volume sellers round this area as most bought stock higher.
Also consolidation effectively wiped out higher buyers b/e unless they buy at lower prices?
Friday will be interesting?
