a bit of stock taken at 1.201p...reckon there is a lot of cash waiting to go into this co on confirmation of next news...i think we jump back to 3p in a blink on +ive loan news..many looking to average down just waiting for the trigger...gd luck

...another 550K purchased on the 3rd through the open mkt extrader....perhaps the others were on the open mkt too....and down to rs & ca jennings....not align...but still could be through align i suppose...

either way its good and glad we have a +3% buyer showing their hand.

question is whether the big 25% holder is finally shot of all stock....trading patterns seem different now so perhaps he is. if so a big big rise on the cards if the next rns is +ive imo. old holder was selling out since the start of the new year and esp after the consolidation at 7p.....perfect storm for a big correction if the company nails two or so +ive updates

..1000sq m pod = approx 750kg herb / annum ?

..750kg / 750000g / euro 16.50g = euro 13,375,000 a year (RETAIL)...but with no sales or ..distribution costs....v.low labor costs...+ low energy costs...

..stated 1M capex, so ROI within a year or so ? not bad. pod can then be used over and over..

..above assumed supplying higher margin greek mkt.

also if through a post harvest gmp partner, will likely come at a cost for use of gmp facility.....but still v. lucrative.

...anyway thats pods. first the co has 600sq m ready to use in the bunkers...

as i said, get the 1M loan in (great terms), get a gmp partner for the first year...and the co is v.quickly off to the races.

In order to expedite commercial cultivation, Hellenic is in advanced discussions pertaining to a partnership for a fully certified EU-GMP post-harvest facility in Greece. If the Company secures an agreement on suitable commercial terms, commercial cultivation could be brought forward by up to four months with commencement likely to occur Q3 2024, and reduce the funding required by over £600,000.

Following completion of the Works or partnership agreement, commercial cultivation of THC dominant strains of medical cannabis flowers is planned to take place and sold under a white label programme to the Company's identified licensed distributors, which in this phase and due to the higher sales revenues and other factors outlined below, will likely be domestically in Greece (prior to any revenues from the export of medical cannabis products), based on legislation changes outlined below. The bunkers represent cultivation areas outside of the Company's announced Product Outsourcing and Development ("POD") strategy.

re your quote...include the whole passage and u will see they are looking at option of securing third party post harvest gmp locally in Greece which will save cash and bring bunker growing forward...i reckon it could happen...if they find that partner they will be growing later this summer (over 600K save and 4 month brought forward)

everything changes when that 1M loan lands, could be the trigger for a lot of other good things...inc more investment...cheers.

But I can read the RNS, specifically

.."an in-house post-harvest area needs to be completed and in order to complete the Works to bring the Facility to a stage where commercial sales and cultivation can commence the Company will need to raise ADDITIONAL funds of approximately £1.25 million (in addition to the €1 million long term loan announced on 22 April 2024) split as to approximately £600,000 for the Works and approximately £650,000 for general working capital purposes ASSUMING the Works are completed within a four month timeframe..."

There's an awful lot of conditionality, assumptions and uncertainty there to factor into your assessment.

Given HELD's track record on delivery-to-date, I'd want to see the Euro loan banked and details of how the extra £1.25m is to be raised before parting with any hard-earned, myself.

From a trading perspective that certainly seems a possibility.

My trading was in LDC debt, I'm not quick or knowledgeable enough to trade shares, esp AIM and similar.

..peeps can get that far extrader..tbh either is ok with me and a change to what weve seen...the fist +holdings since listing..not difficult to buy 3% of the co at these levels so may see a few more if folk get busy buying on any update...i think the mms will move back sharp though if that massive wedge on the sell side has dried up..gdluck to you if you decide to switch to long..guess its donw to the next few rns..cheers

if the seller has finished and the company starts delivering there is no reason why this wont move right back up to previous levels...reading the update rns again it seems like they are very clear on what needs to happen..banking the loan will see this back at 3p+ for a start imo mkt cap today 1.6M
