Very impressive comedy from 20p.
I think even at 15p this share is a fair price.

Any Pfizer connection RNS'd in the future, we re-rate.

I have no inside info or anything like that comedy, it was just something he shared about his personal life.. I knew I was in safe hands financially when I heard it.

Well my average just below 5p… came in at 20p…PB bank main chap friendly with main chap at pfizer who just happens to have been born where our facility… plus
Davs had tea with pfizer mum( straight from the horses mouth)…

Would be interested halland in what you were told last year, if happy to share dm me?

I have to add comedy, I can't begin to tell you how impressed with the loan terms and interest rate.
15 years!!!

Can you imagine the business plan, and perhaps recent positive developments that HELD have not yet disclosed to us, for that lender to offer such generous terms.

There is much they would have had to prove...and they did so successfully.

I reckon HELD are trying to equal or better those terms with Piraeus Bank.
PB will be well aware of the funding/terms HELD have already achieved elsewhere.
I now can't see PB refusing us.

I think an offer is already in. I believe they are only wrangling over interest rates.
IMO.

Hey comedy,
Nothing wrong with putting all your eggs in one basket, especially in a good company like this one.

Davinder is one for his word, he came across that way to me from the start.
He also said something once, and I knew then my money would be safe (tell you what it was soon).

The company may be slow with info, but who cares when you aren't in a rush for a return...and you so don't mind when they come good as with this weeks loan terms and perhaps more on the way.
I only came in last August, have a 4p avg now, and I know I will profit.


My confidence is as high today, as it was when I first invested in August.

Halland I’ve chucked everything in here…
He had said he on the zoom call he would get the key seller details updated which he has done, he said funding which came out yesterday.
He has also said would get updated share register, which is still to be done…
Bear in mind almost 25% of co has been sold hence given long term holders who had averages at 20p plus to bring it right down… afraid waiting for funds to clear next week. Will then get final top up.
He has proved what he said early April he has kept his word.
Has been a long April waiting each day for that rns. Yesterday was the pivotal moment , anything coming now will be building it up.

Bear in mind the consolidation effectively wiped out old shareholders.
1.3mill share gives you 1% of co…approx £37k!!!
Last week could get it at £28.6k… but as been derisked from yesterday effectively having to pay £8.4K extra now…

Ps 400 odd clinical trials ongoing for medicinal cannabis…

Greek market won’t let anyone import, we can sell in Greece and export … he mentioned Germany market not as lucrative when you take exporting costs in to mind , and there were other destinations that were more lucrative… lol but wouldn’t be drawn in those destinations 🤔🤣
Think next few rns are going to let us know what the jigzaw looks finally.

Dav has been working on decent proposals.
Yesterday’s means RF dilution off the table.
Dav has had tea with pfizer main man’s mum
And Pfizer main chap is born where we are plus pfizer have set up their research $1billion facility near us!!!
He said we needed to get a few things done before big pharma could be an opportunity.
So for me the steps that should be coming to light in next few rns should be setting us up for that trajectory.
He is looking at a comms co to hire and also will be putting out video off our facility.
We just didn’t know which order all these items on his list would come out.

Halland I joined the telegram group a while back.
2 chaps there had been eventually getting a reply to their emails.
Organised a zoom call, 20 plus maybe attended it, dav gave background and forwarding looking, didn’t leak anything…
We could then ask questions or write questions…
Gave me a chance to get a feel for what was happening… this is the only stock I now own just below 3%!
This is one just to hold now and let the news take us back past 10p to hopefully 20p

It is odd that Davinder would not make that good news widely known..
He could have posted it on X.

The new loan is for USD 1.05 million equiv.

Riverfort loan o/s are apprx USD280k - 300K equiv.

Let's see whether the Riverfort balance is settled in cash or yet more shares b4 cracking the champagne.

And what are the 'uncompleted' facilities about? Why is HELD 'financing the first stage of additional cultivation capacity' when it hasn't achieved first production yet - not even a pilot harvest by someone else, never mind its own ?

Reminder : it was 28 Dec,4 months ago, that HELD trumpeted this landmark achievement :

.."Elgo Dimitra, the public research institute overseen by the Greek Ministry of Agriculture successfully began [Ed.: for Halland75 benefit: note past tense ie more than 4 months, some time between July and December 2023] the cultivation of medical cannabis flowers for Hellenic Dynamics.."

Still running on fumes, IMO.

Any increase in the share price is always going to be sold into until the large shareholder is completely out. The good news is there is only approx 4 percent left to shift.

This is a share that could easily ten bag from here in the next 12 months.See the potential, buy some first the longer term, come back in 12 months and reap the rewards.Don't worry about daily movements.
