triskelion - whilst the company did state Elgo Dimitra has commenced cultivation specifically FOR Hellenic, this did come on the back of the CEO's words in the above video interview, where he clearly anticipates and alludes to a "harvest" later in the year.

Given the original timelines set out, it's a grey area....and it shouldn't be.

It's part of the reason the company is trading where it is (that and the large seller of course, who, one assumes, should be on or nearing vapours by now).

A business update will have to arrive at some point. Very little is priced in. We seem to be valued at around 100 motion sensing cameras and a couple of air con units at the moment.

Agreed!

I fail to see how HELD can be expected to be "close to cash generation" absent any evidence they are actually growing anything yet.

As for the RNS of 11th October 2023 which included

"It said Elgo Dimitra, the public research institute overseen by the Greek Ministry of Agriculture, has begun the cultivation of medical cannabis flowers for Hellenic Dynamics."

- I never understood that to mean planting in gross but instead cultivation of (please correct the concept/terminology) saplings/rootstock/seedlings/starters. A "public research institute" doesn't ordinarly grow commercial volumes of anything, so I don't understand why people persist with this idea that HELD announced they have begun cultivation. To me it seems plain they still haven't - and if so, that begs the question of what the current status of the offtake/purchase contracts might be....

It would be nice (rather than constant money raising/arranging news) to get an update on the crop they said they began cultivating back in October and the main reason most holders are here.Come on HELD pull that finger out from the backside and update shareholders with proper news.

Let's call a spade a spade:

Riverfort was a mistake.

I suspect the loan will land and that Riverfort will be paid back next month, albeit at a 10% premium. Should leave the company with around £600K and you would hope, close to cash generation. The company has also stated in previous RNS' that it is seeking further financing arrangements. If they arrive you would think they have to be more agreeable to what has been.

A business update is long overdue.

Let's hope this is upbeat and coincides with the arrival of the loan and a final divorce from Riverfort.

If they actually fulfil a crop cycle and begin selling SOMETHING the shares will turn very quickly. Alternatively, tangible proof and clear direction that they are realigning their sights and targeting a longer term opportunity for growth would surely be well received. The company mentioned big pharma in the other RNS.

In a normal world I would expect to see the share price to firm on the back of an update like that. Hopefully it is the beginning of better things and increased clarity for shareholders.
