I thought it might have potential back in 2022, but changed my mind when the financials were available, I've been uber bearish on it ever since.

Very sad, I was tempted but just caught my breath when I saw the debt mountain, fingers crossed that they get through it but current shareholders look like it will be a total wipeout or near enough

I am sure many of the rampers were connected to the company. Keeping the shareprice alive for rights issues was a vital life extender and pocket liner for management

Fitting that John Wood's final act as CEO was a totally misleading head-in-sand RNS to the shareholders whose pockets he has been picking from day one until the moment they were empty.

How sad. I held and lost a bit when selling a few months ago but feel for the many PI's who have been left with nothing.

Yes plus a statement in parliament on Monday. This will be to protect the government contracts but there's no way this will be good news for shareholders. These shares will never come out of suspension and the company will be broken up.

The FT seems to suggest that the fat man going is a condition to Riverstone advancing another £20m loan.

People think Riverstone extending yet more debt to a massively loss making firm at 15% interest is a positive. Maybe for the workforce, which I am truly happy about, but what little existing equity is left is certain to be drained to nothing if it hasn't been already. Make no mistake, Riverstone will own 100% of this company.
