Not sure why you say IM has been valueless for a few years, Riverstone have charges on it as security for the loans, it must have had some assumed value. It's a different ball game now though.

Technically I think that the absolute latest that HARL could publish their accounts (and avoid suspension for not submitting on time) is by 7am on the morning of 1st July.

So two weeks to go.

Hope JW has some sticking plaster for the large hole that has just appeared in the proposed new finance deal, IM collateral has just ebbed away with the tide.

So HARL lost appeal at IM (no official RNS yet), their workers are on strike, they are running out of cash, they can't seem to refi their loan and the CEO is a liar.

Surely its a zero now!

Very chilled actually, no need to get narky,I see large buys or shorts closing on HARL.

My point is it seems they were about to get their guarantee untill the ferry company squealed, no surprise to see the government in power who ever it is to advise drop the rival ferry company and you can have the guarantee.

You look after your finances and I will look after mine. I made very good money on the stocks I think you are refering to.

You must have an awful lot of money being charged interest tied up in Petrofac and H&W...tick tock ouch.
