02/6/2023 10:02 | I reckon a slight miss on profit imo.But 2.20 downgrade by RBS sounds realistic. | kendonagasaki

28/4/2023 20:15 | I hear they may be a potential takeover target over the next six months?Wait for Q4 results then the slide rulers will begin to circle. This is a takeout and takeover play.I should know, I have seen enough of them and the patterns that follow. | kendonagasaki
25/4/2023 14:48 | It looks like the big boys are getting interested in the growth opportunity of HFD. 1a. 24/4/2023 07:37 | stamp duty is payable here | wynmck

23/4/2023 14:14 | The question mark is a divide symbol, just to clarify haha. | greco600
23/4/2023 14:13 | That's correct. (annual dividend 9p per share) 9p÷207p (current stock price 207p per share.) | greco600
22/4/2023 08:59 | Does anyone know the current yield on HFD at the moment please? ADVFN has it at 4.3% but not sure if this correct | gswredland
21/4/2023 09:38 | One of the reasons HFD fluctuates so much is the likelihood of it entering and leaving the FTSE 250. We are definitely in the entering stage which will cause this to rocket. Get on board for the ride. HFD are entering a growth period with more income, higher dividends, and a higher p/e. DYOR | schofi2
18/4/2023 15:07 | . Net debt here jumped up by 400m a few years ago because they had to include future lease liabilities in the net debt figure (new accounting rules) That is nonsense. It's like including several forward years of rent for any other business within the net debt figure. This company has no net debt when you exclude that accounting nonsense. | spob
18/4/2023 15:00 | . pb 1 - click 'NEWS' top centre of this page and use google/news | spob
18/4/2023 14:58 | . I'm such an idiot for not loading up at 125p last year. What a bargain price that was. | spob
18/4/2023 14:40 | As a recent shareholder, I was getting worried with the recent price drop. There seems to be very little news on this bulleting board - where does one go to keep up to date with current happenings please? | pb_1
18/4/2023 14:00 | Yes reddirish, todays Capital Markets Day presentation confirms what I said a bit back that HFD can now be seen as a growth stock with its forward looking plan that has been well executed. We'll be seeing this climb above its previous highs of over 400p quite soon. This is my biggest holding and I have bought low and sold high Halfords many time over the years. It's a great share to follow and trade with its ups and downs. DYOR | schofi2
18/4/2023 10:28 | I don't have a big holding in HFD, but am reasonably impressed by the Capital Markets Day presentation; so too has the market. The bridge to full recovery over a two to three year horizon is persuasive, especially given they have already faced and addressed the key structural changes in their markets. I just hope they have the chance to deliver, before yet another PE take out! (I also hold WG. and am disappointed that another of my long term recovery holdings is being acquired in the cheap...) | reddirish
05/4/2023 22:36 | Satanic.CEO at the Helm? | kendonagasaki
05/4/2023 19:49 | 680 million in debt!320 million valued at today!Interest rates on debt are only going one way!Straight up!Recession is underway and I do believe Graham Stapleton imo has been running around like a kid in sweet shop.Debt here, Debt there, Debt, Debt everywhere? He is not Gordon bloody Gecko and should the next set of figures disappoint he should run hard, run fast and run and hide? The Government's lie, underdeliver and run of constant debt too.680 million pounds. Two thirds of a Billion Pounds of unserviceable debt is a bridge too far.Graham is a Messiah!Of death and destruction.Caveat Emptor.Should he stay or should he go?Why fiddle as Rome Burns? | kendonagasaki
30/3/2023 14:28 | I see now that they announced a Capital Markets Day on Jan 11th and it was to be held on March 30th. But checking their website, it's marked for April 18th. | stupmy
30/3/2023 14:25 | That's odd, on their website they have Apr 18th for capital markets day. Weird. | stupmy
30/3/2023 14:01 | havent checked results date but it's Capital Markets day today Mar 30 at which we will" detail our expectations for FY24 and beyond" | wynmck
30/3/2023 13:03 | When are the next results due? I have 15th June for results and April 19th for Capital markets day. Are we expecting results before June? | stupmy |
