Oil flowing would be indicative that so many previous "misunderstandings" had been cleared up and would hopefully be followed by a welcoming statement from the IOC outlining what we could expect to be entitled to if new arrangements have been agreed.

Today - "Iraq requests Turkey to increase water releases to 500 cubic meters per second."

"In some areas, the riverbeds have completely dried up, making it impossible for water stations to draw water for their cycles.

Water levels have dropped significantly, and dams, lakes, and reservoirs have reached alarmingly low levels. The southern marshes have turned into dry lands."

Well they know what Erdogan wants, all they have to do is honour the PSCs, the oil will then start flowing and they'll get their water. They clearly aren't thirsty enough yet.

But they will be.

"Mr. Aoun Diab (Iraq Minister of Water Resources) is a contemporary of all governments and knows very well that no Iraqi politician can confront Erdogan on the water file."

Last Wednesday - "Member of the Parliamentary Agriculture and Water Committee, Ibtisam Al-Hilali, confirmed today, Wednesday, a significant decrease in the water releases from Turkey to the Tigris River. She pointed out that the Turkish government is using the water issue as leverage to re-export Iraqi oil through the Ceyhan port pipeline,"

Re the docks I seem to have both docks! The north dock has about 7 tugs docked up close to shore.
I won't mention that the vallesino is berthed up in the holding berth off shore.

Anyone else use marinetraffic for looking at tankers docking at Ceyhan?
I can't even see the Kurdistan Oil jetty on my screen although it's still on vesselfinder.

Bit of a relief, at least they haven't knocked it down due to lack of use :-)

Get HCL done and get GKP sold but would you buy GKP with iran saber rattling

The Chinese would. They have good relations with Iran. Remember Li Ka Shing ? He had Simon Murray as an employee.

Rudaw - President Barzani blames Iraq for delay in resuming oil exports.

The Krg have always paid us ( late)including occasional back payments.
I’m guessing that as they have now agreed the budget they want Baghdad to pay it all.
Maybe it’s down to Krg to pay up to date including back payments and then the Icg to pay going forward.
I can see these clowns arguing over something like this.

APIKUR/GKP are not "limping on".GKP are probably producing 40,000bopd+ and getting paid upfront, while costs are down to the bone. They are in a very strong position,operationally/financially and through APIKUR--legally.

Yea but loads of public servants havent being paid for months so GKP will have to wait .Should a member of Akipur ends up going to the wall will the others stand together and bring litigation? With local sales that is unlikely but they could stop , refinery break down or sabotage. It's a mess but still limping on . Get HCL done and get GKP sold but would you buy GKP with iran saber rattling?

No, the IOC's are being paid their share up front but as per the PSC's which works out at 36% of gross sales at the moment.
