13/11/2016 22:12 | Atrush feeder work has commenced. (Nov 8) Target first oil: Q1, maybe Q2 because of winter. The KRG took up 25% interest in the block. Not sure about a share in feeder. SEE 'The 4th PSC Amendment and Atrush Facilitation Agreement'. Logic says a Shaikan PSC amendment is imminent, not? Interesting reads: See the conditions and suppose Shaikan similar. (1st link) What does it say about the timing ('early') of the restructuring? Does it make any sense to suppose the GKP restructuring caused the delay? (2nd link) Intuition says: 'skroowed again here'. But how exactly? | olieslim

Problem, sedar.com, dont take advice from Hawrmi, but the UK Stockmarket does. My money is on Simon Hatfield of WZR getting serious law suits from investors as new starts to break, wonder if GKP will get the same law suits? -------------------- What do you mean? 13/11/2016 19:54 | So 0.85 ev/2p even after applying monumental discounts a tad under clubbed Monumental buy 💋💋 The European exploration and production (E&P) sector currently trades at a simple average of $15.5 per barrel of oil equivalent (boe) of enterprise value (EV)-to-proven and probable (2P) reserves. M&A history shows an upper limit of $15-17/boe 2P reserves. "For M&A activity to occur, stocks must first trade significantly below this level to allow a 40-50% bid premium," says Jefferies. It has done some work on reserve life metrics, too, based on the 2P reserves over estimated full-year 2015 production for each stock covered. "Value of de-risked reserves combined with strategic rationale is a constant in 17 corporate M&A deals stretching back to 2008," it says. The E&P-weighted average for the past 15 deals is about $16/boe for 2P reserves. Include the Shell and Repsol deals and it falls to $13. "Crucially, though, the targets fell to significant discounts ahead of bids, allowing sufficient premiums (49% on average) to get the deals over the line." "This may seem a simplistic argument, but to us it makes clear sense. Industry weighs the cost of bringing through production versus the access to barrels," writes the broker. "The exploration, appraisal and even development risk included in a premium trading metric is a tough acquisition hurdle to justify across the Board table." | notout

13/11/2016 19:19 | nestoframpers13 Nov '16 - 16:27 - 527101 of 527108 3 2 The real zorsupas , not zorsoupas hasn't posted wince the 14th Oct. nor - What is 'real?' Is anything real? Is 'ISIS' 'real?' Reality is the state of things as they actually exist, rather than as they may appear or might be imagined. In a wider definition, reality includes everything that is and has been, whether or not it is observable or comprehensible. A still broader definition includes everything that has existed, exists, or will exist. Philosophers, mathematicians, and other ancient and modern thinkers, such as myself, of course, Aristotle, Plato, Frege, Wittgenstein, and Russell, have made a distinction between thought corresponding to reality, coherent abstractions (thoughts of things that are imaginable but not real), and that which cannot even be rationally thought. By contrast existence is often restricted solely to that which has physical existence or has a direct basis in it in the way that thoughts do in the brain. Reality is often contrasted with what is imaginary, delusional (we know that word well here don't we?), (only) in the mind, dreams, what is false, what is fictional, or what is abstract. At the same time, what is abstract plays a role both in everyday life and in academic research. For instance, causality, virtue, life, and distributive justice are abstract concepts that can be difficult to define, but they are only rarely equated with pure delusions. Both the existence and reality of abstractions are in dispute: one extreme position regards them as mere words; another position regards them as higher truths than less abstract concepts. This disagreement is the basis of the philosophical problem of universals. I know it's a lot for you to get your head around, not being an independent thinker like myself. A bit of advice if you want to evolve to a higher state of consciousness, stop following the MSM, it is EVIL and full of mis-information. Try Info Wars and you will start to understand my reality - THE REALITY! 170p at least by year end. IMFAO! | zorsoupas

13/11/2016 16:55 | The "reliable" Pocopicu appears to revel in his defamatory comments and sinister, menacing remarks towards women. He reminds me of a character who appears to be AWOL from this blog Of course no one seriously believes that the Doctor "Sarah Gibbs" is suddenly silent. Like the Ghost of Eddie47 that the minister replies to despite him never asking a question. As for your disrespect for the "very" elderly, today marks the time when the "very" elderly fought for your freedom in battle. A fight for your freedom that you surely are not worthy of. And lest we forget: for all the threats of the police some of us had a rather lengthy chat with CID yesterday. Lets see how we go. | cutthecagain

13/11/2016 15:17 | Look at that classy rant from pocoloco distinguishing himself from the plebs, the elderly and litter. You can literally smell the plebeian and his junky lifestyle, bet his home is a chavy backyard with cheap white goods. He's not exactly looked after himself either speaking of whales.. also bald and ugly while financially ruined.. what an envious position to be bitter and jealous about. | joseki |
