There's no limit to the gap between AGMs, ob. Just required to have one at some point during each year, unless shareholders have previously opted not to have AGMs (but even that needs to be voted on).

Am I wrong? I understand that under Bermuda law an AGM must be held within 15 months of the last AGM at the outside. Last AGM 9 Jul 15.

We are outside this period and presumably the BOD are violating Bermuda company law, if I understand this right.
