Mr Roper, yes its why I mentioned them. It appears the hot topic to mention them all the time as if they are important. No one here appears to be concerned about the drop though. So that's alright. Perhaps that's why DNO have re evaluated their offer.

As regards the BoD, are they required? The BH's have all the shares they require and would the BoD need to be involved with any deals that may or may not be occurring?

Mr Roper, I'll mention the barrels, production is down by a significant amount.

However, should we be discussing why the company would conceal info on the assets as is alleged by some posters here? Is that logical? DNO appear to be having second thoughts as to the value they place on the company. But its the words they use that deserve greater consideration imo.

but the barrels do not matter at all to DNO, No!!! that's why their offers get cheeky and cheekier by the day, 300 mil offer while GKP has 100mil cash in the bank!
unless of course as you judiciously point out in your post #526886, the aim of this new offer nullify their previous one, thereby removing a potential thorn from the feet of the GKP board, that will not need to provide any explanation but mostly admit that their restructure was done for buttons.

meanwhile, i see that an other private hedge fund entity, Lansdowne, has been buying 157,500,000 shares this week increasing their holding to 10%
I wonder why? has nobody told them the asset is worthless? the Host is corrupt and the war will never end?
