Norway's DNO has stated that its July 2016 proposal to acquire Gulf Keystone Petroleum (GKP) has expired, "as certain conditions to the recent financial restructuring set by Gulf Keystone itself appear not to have been met."


"Given the resulting uncertainties about Gulf Keystone's asset, commercial outlook and future rights and obligations at the Shaikan field, and following a careful review of Gulf Keystone's latest reserves report, DNO is prepared to consider an all cash transaction but at a meaningful discount to the previous USD 300 million equivalent cash-and-shares offer."

That's what I was referring to shaftdrive1. 2 big arguments to the story here. Trying to get head around the flack and the story. May look elsewhere as I'm getting mixed signals here. Just plodding along with small redundancy stake,not all of it but want to add to it.not a big risk taker,but feel I'm in over my head a little here....anyone got any safer tips? Time on my hands now to do research.

A woman has been sentenced to four years in prison for impersonating the late Michael Jackson.

Giving evidence against her, her multi-millionaire ex-husband whose name was withheld to safeguard his private oil export business, said about her:
