Investing, trading, ... whatever you want to call it, comes with winning and losing.

With this specific 'investment vehicle' the words ignorant and stupid are hardly appropriate. Not often seen a 'case' where the 'rules' were bent to the extent they became weapons of mass destruction.

So, if you don't mind, can you slightly differently stupidly wind up peeps here?

Not a bad way to prevent hostile bids ....issue a dozen or so more shares every month or so ....that'll keep em occupied and prevent offers rolling in . No need for a poison pill after all .
