Andrew Simons would have advised JF to get NZ in I suspect . Might have been the right thing to do , however after the Afren car crash GKP should have got someone else .

It's easy to get to 12 bill blls reserves , 1% FP = 4 bill .Using Eddies industrial formula and GKPs figs

PHIf = 0.001 * Wf * Df * KF1

WF = fracture aperture millimetres
DF = fracture frequency
KFI= No of main fracture directions

therefore ---

DF = 314 m's / 1995 = fractures every 0.157 m

so 1 m / 0.157 = 6.37 fractures per metre


FP = 0.001 * WF 2 mm *DF 6.37 * KFI 2 = 0.02548

That is 2.548 % FP

OK that is 10 bill but I am using 2 mm and as we know the drill bit dropped 3 m's once and as JG said Shaikan is shot to pieces .So 12 bill , I would pout money on it , oh wait a minute I have already .
