Just take a look at the lack of DST data they put out.

A.S. Told them part way through the drill to ABANDON THE WELL as it was going to be NON COMMERCIAL.

Nothing beats the drill bit data.

Look at the dates of the DSTs and yet DGA manage too put out the report when it did ???

Errr GKP were misleading IMO.

IMO both SA-1 and SH-6 were more or less dusters.

You are getting pernickety about a word. As you lot always do- I`ve seen wells headlined as dusters that are plugged and abandoned that did find bit of oil or gas...

What you don`t see is Companies basically hide pertinent information, give it a substantial OIP figure then a year or more later say well actually it was a dud! As happened here, twice. You picked the first link when you googled `duster`...here is one from further down the list..

But only qualifying holders could take the oo and excess
And near enough hardly suffer at such a low price
There has been huge excess allocations and over subscription
Which implies a large chunk couldn't or didn't qualify to offer

Who owned that large chunk? 40% plus IMO

And given the main impact other than gifting the show to notes hasn't raised much dough and they never needed much one can only wonder at the reasoning behind it

The only thing the restructure has done is decimate LTH
And whoever owned the silent40-50 % non retail
Much of which didn't/couldnt qualify and take oo
because the success of huge excess apps necessitated that must be the case

It's been gifted to notes pure and simple

Can only hope that remaining equity sees the same exit the notes want

for sure the money was needed...
but
he put the company in default when he had the money to pay for the coupon. and decided to go for the restructure
there are more missing presentations from the website now than ever before. why refuse to put them back once they have been handed because they do not sit nicely with the CPR? Shenanigans or what?
we've had 3 CPRs and none address the identified shortfall

I hope i am wrong about Ferrier - but for now, i am still to see of any positive contribution

Constant debate is made of the wells and resources of oil, I seem to recall someone from the company probably JG stating when one of the walls was spudded that it would pay for itself within six months. Don't know if anyone recalls this.
